This is the second year that we have rented a storage unit through this establishment. Customer service has been great! The property is CLEAN. The units themselves are CLEAN. Good lighting at night and the property is secure. Highly recommend.

Phenomenal customer service, thank God there are still employees who aren’t robots who know what they’re talking about! I had to get a storage unit here for the summer when I went to San Diego and I had my car and some furniture in a unit and I was really hoping there would be someone to periodically check on the unit and make sure the locks were ok, that no one had broken in, no visible signs of rats on the outside, etc. And BOY did these people fulfill. They were even on the ball with predicting when I was gonna move out, good observation skills all around. I was hesitant about going with a storage unit and to be honest I was going to go with a U-Haul unit but let me tell you the employees here blow U hauls’ employees out of the water. I’m not thinking about coming back, I WILL come back when I need a unit again. Big thanks to the people who run this istorage facility, you’re doing something right!!! - the pilot

Currently in the process of relocating and was struggling with finding a good storage unit to store my items. I checked u haul and a few places but after calling and working with Alan at Istorage. IStorage (22195 Timberlake Rd location, near Goodwill) has been wonderful to work with this entire year that I rented a unit. The staff are so friendly, kind, and always willing to help with any questions/issues. They were easy to get in touch with, and always returned my call if for some reason they were not available. I really appreciated that. Al was especially fabulous to work with, and he went above and beyond when I had questions, or needed something resolved. Thank you Al! It is a great storage area. Conveniently located to me but very time i go there the person is not in the office. I do go at about 6:15 but the hours are later than that. Is there a problem with the guy working? Also i had an issue with my lock that i couldn't open. I didn't see in the lease where a sticker would be put on my personal lock but i did get in and that was my fault. I did however ask him to put a piece of line on the door so I could reach it to pull it down that didn't happen. Other than that i am very happy with the storage area.

I didn’t think it could be any better than my prior experience here, but Kim continued with top notch customer service. No other storage place can compare! They are the very best. Safe, clean, courteous. My experience with Patsy at IStorage was fabulous. She is friendly, competent and did everything possible to fully handle my storage needs. The pricing is fair and cancellation policies are reasonable. The facility is clean, safe and convenient. 5 stars!

I've rented 2 units from her and each time I received great service. The pricing seems fair and comparable for what I've gotten. The units themselves were clean and in order. I purchased both locks from iStorage and felt the price and convenience were a plus. I haven't used other storage facilities in years, but with the great service I have received, I doubt I'll need to for a long while.
