She was very patient with all of my questions and decision making . She toured the facility and showed me an example of every size unit. The place is clean, the provided moving carts are very helpful and the front desk/customer service was great (thanks Lynn). Pretty much all you would want from a storage unit and our stuff feels like it's safe at this location.

I've had a unit here for a few years now And have always been treated with kindness. I just came into Washington all the way from Arkansas without realizing the building had closed for today and I had forgotten my info to get in. Lynn happened to be here on her day off and was able to help me with my code and unit location I had forgotten. She was amazing and so helpful and made today so easy for us after our difficult journey. Definitely deserves a raise! Thank you so much Lynn!

The facility is in great condition and very clean, and feels safe and secure. Although we have had minimal interaction with the management, they have been responsive and professional.

A few weeks ago I noticed that my rent had gone up since January. I looked on the website and found that I could get a unit that was twice as big as the one I had for less money. I reserved the new unit online with plans to go into the office later that day to do the switch. Within minutes I received a call from Lynn who told me that I could transfer units without having to pay for two units for a month. This was on May 2nd, so I had already paid rent for the month on my existing unit and just figured that I would be out that money and would be paying for two units for May. This wasn’t a big deal and was a loss I had already accepted, but when Lynn called me to tell me that since it was only the 2nd I could transfer units and apply the money I already paid to my new unit I was instantly stoked. Since my new unit is cheaper I even have a credit for next month. I went into the office that afternoon to meet with Lynn. She made the transfer incredibly easy and even got me the closest available unit to the elevator. Moving my stuff took a few hours, and it was near closing time when I was finishing and Lynn came up to see how I was doing. Thank you Lynn for not only being kind and helpful, but for being such a lovely person to interact with.

So far, our experience with NW Self Storage has been stellar. A clean facility, safe feeling, and great employees in the office. Our first increase was an incredibly low and nominal amount, unlike other places we have rented with who jack up the price exorbitantly. Easy to get in and out of, and all the extra carts make moving items around so easy! We highly recommend this facility!

I am a new tenant at the property in Camas Washington, and wanted to rave about many things! First and foremost, Lynn, the Property Manager is absolutely charming! She was so incredibly focused on making sure that everything about my experience moving into my new storage unit was smooth and easy, and all was done with kind words and a pleasant smile. She came to check on me while I was loading things into my new unit and brought me a fresh bottle of water. She was warm, conversant, professional, and genuinely invested in my move. I really like this place. Been with them for a year give or take, kind and fast customer service. My only issue would be the hours, wish it was 24 hours. Just hire someone to work an overnight shift, or maybe try the ' open 24 hours ' twice a week for a month or something to see if will work out for every one ?! Just a thought. Again, other then that, these units are clean, excellent prices and deals, and friendly customer service !

It was so easy to get a unit I almost thought it was fake at first, but they really just make it very easy. You can do the entire process online, including signing the lease, so I was able to move in on a Sunday even though their office isn't open that day. Place is new and very clean! No AC, which is pretty common in my experience.
