Rhonda at Northwest Self Storage. She is very personable and friendly. She has gone out of her way to make sure to answer all our questions. She makes sure the property is clean and has goes out her way to make sure if the property is safe.

Clean, reasonable, and well managed. 2024 Update: The manager of this location is very helpful and understanding. She went out of her way to make things easier for me during a personal crisis that made me unable to pay for a couple of months. Thankfully, it is now resolved, but Rhonda was excessively kind during a tough time and I'm grateful for her assistance. 2024 Update part 2: Once again, following a dry spell in my gig work, Rhonda went above and beyond to keep me informed. I have several units currently at the 89th St location in Vancouver. Rhonda the onsite manager is very knowledgeable and always so helpful. I have referred several people to this location in the past. It is always clean, and the bathroom and grounds are well taken care of.

Completely impressed with Rhonda oh my goodness I have been struggling with finding the storage that it was going to fit my mom's needs because we are trying to downgrade she was awesome she was kind I wouldn't even consider changing units at any other place because of her I was going to go elsewhere but not now.

This storage facility is clean and is in a great location. The cost is reasonable. I recently transferred to a larger unit. Rhonda was extremely helpful and friendly in answering all my questions and getting me transferred rather smoothly and quickly.

This is by far the best storage facility I've experienced. The convenience of location and hours of operation are amazing, not to mention the wonderful women who runs the facility, Rhonda, she is helpful, knowledgeable, professional and she's always got a warm welcoming smile on her face. The unit prices are improving as well which is why I'm giving all 5 starts and will recommend this facility to anyone .

While checking units for lease I stopped by the 89th street location where manager Rhonda was amazing help with all this facility has to offer. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the units and which size would be best for what I need. While there I needed to use the restroom, I was very impressed at how clean it was. The entire property was clean and tidy, the office area even had a few festive items around for the holidays. It is always nice to know that you will feel welcome when you are doing business with a cooperation and not just a number.

I received the discounted fee when signing up online. The contract agreement process was easy and I received the storage unit I wanted.

Inquired about getting a storage locker at the 89th St location. The facility manager Rhonda was very patient and answered all my questions. Some of the prices seemed very high to other locations nearby. Over all experience was great!

My five stars go to Rhonda... she is awesome. Always professional, always has a positive attitude, and keeps the facility very clean (including the facilities). She was also a big help when I had to down size to a smaller unit. I would say my only issue here is that the rent keeps going up but the unit ain't getting any bigger. That's the reason I had to downsize was because my rent was raised to a point I couldn't afford. Anyways Rhonda you are the best... thank you.

This storage is a must for people on the go. I completed my application, move-in, and move-out details all online without speaking to a single person. I didn't have to wait for the hours to match mine, nor a call back. All communications took place via email and their website. For a person like me, this was hands down the best! The facility was always clean. They add small touches like door stoppers when you're loading and unloading. Brooms and trash cans for the small things like gum wrappers or drink containers are at the exits for your convenience. It has a keypad controlled entrance and exit for the customer's convenience. There is not a huge amount of space for turning a truck around, but if you went directionally through, you'd have no problems. This is my second time utilizing this facility, and it won't be my last.

I love the simplicity of this place. It's always very clean, which is a must in my opinion. Rhonda is amazing. She's extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the facility she runs. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because of the ridiculous price hikes every 6 months or so. I've been storing here for going into a couple years now and I'm very upset to say that I might be looking for a different facility very soon. I just can't afford the prices that they are asking anymore.

Rhonda at 89th St NW Self Storage is the best... the facilities are always very clean and she is always very professional. The only negative about the facility is my rent goes up every six months and it's getting to the point where I may not be able to afford it if it keeps going up.

Selected my choice while on my way and by time I got there, all I had to do was sign my papers and pick up lock. Facility is decide, bright lights in hallway, very clean and tidy. Great rates and help . Highly recommend!

Deanna has been a really very big help to my best friend in a time of need of her mother passing away after Iron Gate was rude to her. I would rate this storage unit and staff a number 10 and I would recommend anyone to go there to rent a storage unit any time.

On Saturday I was in I was not happy about the parking situation I couldn't believe it. A new manager working (Amelia) offered to carry items to my unit in B. I couldn't believe it then to top it off she is the only one I have seen out on the property grounds working hard. She made my day and that's why I want to say Thank you to her!
