My rental experience was very professional and speedy with Amanda. She has wonderful customer service and answered all of my questions and concerns. I would definitely recommend others to come here for all of their storage care needs!

The rental process was easy to do as well as a professional customer service representative. The price was reasonable and being a first time rental. I give it two thumbs up!

Both of the ladies here at this facility goes above and beyond to assist you in your needs. They are very friendly and professional.

From day 1, Cordarious has treated me with the utmost respect. He is very humble and kind. He has remembered my name and called me by it every time I saw him. He goes out of his way to make sure that the customers are taken care of. I do recommend this location. Also, they just painted all of the buildings and it looks great. Even though these are not climate controlled units, they did insulate the roof and it does not get very hot in these units. Istorage is a great facility to store your items and very safe environment. But if I can make one complaint that would be their storage lot... it's too hilly and bumpy. You have to take caution when entering the back because you could damage your vehicle but overall this is a great place for storage 😄👍🏿. Not so please with the location of my storage unit due to the fact that it has NO SECURITY SURVEILLANCE and its not in a secure area. My unit was broken into the first night my items was placed in the unit. But I have to give a shout out to the property manager Cordarious this young guy was beyond polite and courteous. He did any and everything to make this a pleasant experience for me as possible. He is the very reason I didn't pack my things up and leave. He secured my unit with an extra lock until I was able to come by and put double locks on my unit. He took calls after hours and even on his off days to Express his concerns about any problems I may have had. This is the kind of customer service is needed to represent any business. I would like to wish Cordarious the BEST in his future endeavors where ever he may go in Life. Thank you again for all your help. Ms. Robinson 🥰

I have been a customer at this location for a long time. During this time there have been many changes. One of the best changes was when Cordarius became the property manager. He has very good people skills and is patient and understanding with the customers. He has an easy going personality but a very professional approach to doing the job. Cordarius is a hard worker and he takes good care of the property. Especially the things that are within his reach. He keeps the property clean and as safe as possible. When issues arise, he takes the time to look into them and plans a course of action for a solution. Cordarius has trained his assistant to be effective on the job and they make a great team. I have recommended iStorage on Troy Highway to others and will continue to do so as long as the leadership at this location remains the same. In fact, Cordarius is one of the main reasons that I am here as a tenant.

The best storage Business that I have used and the staff is courteous and professional.

I have used storage rental at least three times in my lifetime. In the process of taking care of my mom, selling her house, and finding a place to temporarily store her items; my rental experience was the least of my worries. This was really due to my experience with Mr. Cordarious at iStorage. He made my experience stress free from the beginning of moving in and up to the end of moving out. He was very professional and open to listen to my needs. He always greeted me first by my name during my multiple visits to my storage unit. When it was time to move out, he explained things in an understanding manner. I was very pleased and satisfied with renting from this location. My initial reservation was supposed to have been with another company but they never returned my call and there appeared to be an issue with them answering their phone. When I spoke with Mr. Cordarious while in transit from out of state to his location, he had already made me feel I made the right choice. I would highly recommend iStorage and use them again. I have already referred my siblings that are also using the same location, and spoke highly of Mr. Coradarious. As a business which have used multiple storage facilities, I can honestly say that my last 7 months of rental from the iStorage - Troy Hwy location in Montgomery Alabama have been the best rental experience of all the storage facilities that we have used in the past 20 years. The main reason is the hands on performance of the property manager Mr. Corderius. I have personally witnessed his professional performance as a property manager, and yet he clearly understands the need to make sure that each customer is receiving personal attention and assistance. Good storage place but Beware that their gate locks down at 9pm, not 9:01 but 9pm sharp. Not good in my opinion. Should be 9:01pm so you can get out of there at 9pm. Manager is on duty but not always at night.

My experience with this company was so Great that I had to let other people know...When I walked in the door I was greeted by Cordarious...he was so very helpful, he was nice, very professional, and he went over and beyond to make sure that I had a unit that fits me...I was a bit frustrated from moving, but he made my day a little bit better by being patient and understanding, and for the price no other storage place can beat it. Great storage place

I actually found it on accident. I had made reservations with another company and the representative I spoke with gave me directions to Iron Gaurd. I was greeted by a very friendly young lady Tondra, who shared laughter after we both realized I was not where I had actually made reservations. However, she was able to help me with my needs very quickly and also ended getting a better deal! Lucky me! And Tondra, thanks for everything! She's definataley a wonderful asset to this company.

Decent storage

When I say a "step above" the rest, I truely mean it. Ms. Toners Givan is the manager at the troy hway location & no doute she does her job because she cares about ppl and her forgiving heart is one many never find themselves in a position to witness or see, I however did and I am so blessed she is so forgiving. This is a wonderful business and I recommend you give them a try. The units are clean and protected, also monitored. Pest free and dilligantly provented. Rates are fair and reasonable. All around GREAT place to do business and store your stuff!!

Old facility with new name. Not well maintained.

I went in to check prices and the ladies were Awsome! Needless to say I have a very spacious and safe storage. Give Iron Guard a try you will not be disappointed the office staff is phenomenonal!

When I arrived I was greeted very warmly she explained everything in my in detail and then she drove me to my storage unit and sweeped it out for me. This is a great place of business I'm very pleased to be keeping my belongings there.

My storage unit was broken into 10/8/2024 Manager, Michael Williams, immediately took charge and called the police and also informed me and I came and determined what had been taken and the process was very smooth and done in a professional manner. IStorage fixed my lock on my unit in a timely manner and I greatly appreciated.

Store manager Michael was extremely helpful with paperwork before my arrival, along with the remainder of the forms once I got there, and also he stayed around after hours to wait for me due to me getting caught in traffic. His customer service skills are top notch, the facility was very nice as well as easy to maneuver around and I am very pleased to be storing my belongings there.
