Everyone was very helpful with each step of the process. There was damage to the stalls door when we arrived and the manager said the company previously used that and noted the damage before we got there.

Very clean, organized and easy to access. Manager was very informative, pleasant to talk to. The price is right and appears to be very secure, I feel safe to use this facility.

I rented my unit recently and could not be happier! I've been to the facility several times and it's always perfectly clean.. how is that even possible? I have been a customer of Storage Solutions (Tatum Ranch, Cave Creek, AZ, location) for over 25 years for both my business and personal storage needs. With my business, I can control my inventory storage costs, as needed, by renting more or less space as needed. Easy access in and out of property. Their lot is huge and can accomodate 53' freight trucks with no problem Nick, the location manager, is great. He helps me out if I can't be right there at the time of a freight delivery or outgoing shipment. He and his team go beyond the call of duty. Very clean and safe property. I high recommend these guys.

Great experience with the staff, fast and easy set up. Only took about 20 mins. Appreciated Jean who helped me get set up fast and easy. Only downside to this place that I can find is the access hours. Being a contractor I sometimes don't pull off a jobsite until late at night and 7pm is a little bit early, so I wish the hours were later. Other than that nothing but great words for this facility! Edit: received a call from Nick the manager to let me know I have extended hours due to rv parking. With this in mind there is absolutely nothing negative I can say about this place and in fact going to rent a unit from them as well. Great people great service!

Not many places can surpass this simply for the great service and kind people running it! Never once had any issues, very secure and clean premises. The friendly customer service was very accommodating and stayed late for me to allow me to move my entire house into storage and even extended the lock hours such that I could get everything moved in even after arriving late from the move. Location is very clean and secure looking. Prices were very affordable. Paying and account management was super convenient as well.

This facility is a FIND! After visiting 4 other storage facilities, I literally stumbled upon this one while driving back home. Great people! Fabulous vicinity! Unbelievable prices! And, to top it all off... They have a moving truck available for you to use!!! Who does that?! They do! Highly recommend.
