We always find facility Clean , orderly, even when we are at the unit with the door up he will sweep away anything that accumulates At the bottom of the door so it doesn't Get into the unit. Being seven decades old with issues the last visit when I had to use what was the most clean orderly Restroom, Brad noticed I was moving a little slow and asked if he could give me a lift back to our unit. Southern Self Storage is the best storage complex I have rented from. The grounds are meticulously maintained, the units are spotless inside and out, the isles are well lit and they have some unique storage unit configurations I haven't seen anywhere else.

When I accessed my unit to either put things in or take things out, Brad would stop by to see how things were going and also had a nice cold bottle of water in case the heat was too much. Hands-down the best experience I've had with a storage facility, let alone any business for that matter. We recently moved from Colorado, and had the pleasure of speaking with Brad on the phone and making reservations before arriving in AZ. Brad is one of the most pleasant and professional individuals I've have ever spoken with. He answered all of my questions in detail, and was even willing to help us in getting into our unit upon arriving in town after hours, which was unbelievably kind. When we arrived, we were welcomed by Steve who is the other half of this stellar team. Paperwork was fast and easy, and Steve personally drove us over to our unit (in the golf cart) and showed us the unit in detail. When we got to the unit, I could appreciate the attention to detail in how clean and well taken care of it was. The whole facility is spotless! Upon leaving the unit, I was kind of sad because I felt like I was leaving a family behind. Brad and Steve are beyond great and were always willing to go above and beyond for whatever need you have. Always offering a water or quick snack. I wish there was more people in the world like them, and more businesses like this that treat their customers like family. Truly excellent experience!
