StorAmerica was great to work with. Penny was very sweet and prompt, had us in and out of there very quickly so we could unload our truck. She took one look at our truck and knew we couldn’t fit it into a 10‘ x 10‘ space so we upgraded to a 10‘ x 15‘ space. Everything fit just perfectly.

StorAmeria is the place we chose to store our RV. We’ve contracted with them for two separate years in different vehicle lengthen covered options. Why do we chose StorAmerica over any other place in town…. Always very clean, well lite and very secure. The communication from StorAmerica is excellent, always know holiday hours etc. The staff is always available and friendly.

A big shout out to Penny of Fountain Hills Stor America. I came by to take a picture of the items in my unit, planning to return the next day with my brother to take everything out. I came to Stor America with my right arm in a sling due to an injury. Penny was kind enough to open the unit door for me and offered to load up the carts and put everything in my car. I had a short term storage need for our RV. Was referred to StorAmerica Fountain Hills by a sister storage site in Phoenix. I called and reserved a space without any hassle or pre-requisite (not even a credit card was required, they use something old fashioned called trust). When I showed up to complete the rental and store my RV, I had an excellent interaction with the onsite manager of the operation, Penny. She was very pleasant, set everything up exactly as promised on the phone, gave me a simple yet clear understanding of how to access the storage site and provided a summary of the various important rules of operation and storage. I only needed the site for a week, but just picked up my RV and everything worked out exactly as promised. The site seems very secure, and it is impeccably clean and well organized. I would highly recommend this establishment and am sure you will have a great experience with Penny and StorAmerica!

Cleanest and coolest storage facility I’ve have used ( And I have used two other local facilities in the pastI I had a small discrepancy with the contract which took a few days to resolve but they wrote an addendum that was much to my satisfaction!😊

Accommodating with regard to our needs! However a bit expensive given your competition! Furthermore I was told that the unit I rented was a 10 x 15 when in actually was an 8 x 13!

Was a very smooth process.

Customer service (Chase) was great. Available hours to access my unit aren't desirable, 6 am to 545 pm. I should have checked before signing. For a place with an access gate and cameras, you'd think you could access in the evening, but no. Also, no one mentioned there would be no access to my unit during repaving of community. No further information available on that at signing either. Just a "cross your fingers" sort of mentality. For someone moving in, that should have been made more transparent. Pricing was better than anywhere else in town.

Everything was good on check in but I don’t like the hours and zero access on holidays. The access and hours is why the rating is lower.

The staff is great and very helpful, going above and beyond. My concern is the hrs. of availability to my unit. What if I need to get to my unit on Sunday or later then 5:45. With all of the cameras and we each can only access our own units with our locks and passwords why the limited access. What happens if someone is working and cannot get there by 5:45. It is not necessary for you to have staff after hours if we can use the systems in place. I had guys move my stuff from a non climate control to climate control and then stepped outside to pay them. The lock for the unit was in my car after 5:45 and I was not able to access the facility because it was after hours. Thank goodness Rosie and Chase were there cleaning up or else my stuff would have been left without a lock. Other storage units we have used in the past were available 24/7. We love your facility and the staff, just concerned about access.

We have stored our camper at this facility and have been so pleased with the location, access and above all the service. You feel like you're not just a customer, but you are taken care of like family!! We have never had an incident regarding the safety or care of our camper. The newly renovated grounds are amazing!!

Was in a crunch to find a spot that I could afford, while every other place I checked into had limited availability and nowhere near close to home. Most were too small for my needs and about $50. + dollars more a month. So pleased to have found them! UpDate: Year #2 with StorAmerica FH, I believe that they just keep getting better literally! After a few months, my location closed down for construction improvements, relocated to a Brand-new location in Gilbert. Staff was exceptional in customer service for the 9 -10 months, then I was just notified that the renewed site is ready for me to come home to, now I am Floored at how beautiful and much more accommodations they have to offer now. I am now referring anybody I can to them before they fill up !

Everyone was great to work with, very accommodating and helpful. Good communication throughout the process of setting up the storage unit to getting our things into the unit. I'm sure it will continue as we store our things.

I was very pleased with the rental experience, and the staff was competent and personable. The computer system used for signup and billing is a bit slow; but, in the end, gets the job done.

I recently rented a storage unit at Storamerica in Fountain Hills AZ and want to to thank Rosie for being a great manager, in fact she should get a raise !!! Rosie was more than helpful in managing my reservation as my move in date was delayed a couple of times and her professionalism and help on move in day was exceptional !!! I would recommend her and Fountain Hills Storamerica to everyone.

Our RV was hit by an adjacent tenant (a hit and run). Rosie was very helpful in reviewing video footage. She found the incident and the deputy sheriff came out and reviewed it with her. All was resolved - citation to the suspect, and her insurance notified me. Thanks again to Rosie for her diligence and tenacity.

I met with Rosie in the office after reserving my space on line and making an appointment to go over. She was very friendly and ably led me through the entire process including the contract. The space was clean and on a raised slab. The facility has a gated entry and seems to be in good condition. A very good experience.

Jesse was great to work with and accommodating. They were doing a lot of security upgrades when I left this season. I will be back next season. Only issue I have is the spaces get quite tight and most of the area is sand and gravel. Would be willing to pay more for more room and pavement.
