This is the extra you get with this storage facility, parking and storage of you RV. There is a large lot where everyone stores their trailers, RV'S and how many do you know I w of that have that? The lot is enclosed by high block walls with one point of access and egress. Regular storage is the usual variety of storage areas, from small to large that you can park a car in. Nice area also.

We moved from a prior Storage Solutions to the Bar 4 Storage Solutions, location as it was a lower price. With inflation getting higher and higher, we ultimately decided to move our contents to a shed at home. The people that run Bar 4 were always incredibly considerate, highly knowledgeable, professional and friendly. We received our unit in a very clean manner, there were no issues whatsoever, no leaks, nothing broken on the inside, etc. I would highly recommend this location; the entire area was so well kept, the entire plaza was organized and very clean. They do a great job!

I felt safe being there when I needed to sort through my belongings to find things. Even though it is wonderful not to need their services anymore, it was a wonderful experience storing with them. I just recently moved and closed my storage unit at Bar 4. It is an excellent storage facility with very good prices. They have increased the prices every few years out of necessity which is expected everywhere. They always keep the price increases to a minimum and that is much appreciated. The facility is very secure and I never had any concerns of my unit’s security. I would highly recommend Bar 4 storage to anyone looking for a secure facility with good prices.

The grounds are always very well maintained, very clean, and the equipment and gates are always in very good working order. We transferred over to this location recently, the move was seamless other than it was pouring down rain the entire day! Despite that, the manager Charnae was wonderful, very gracious and professional and friendly. And the units were extremely clean, and the location was in great condition, very well kept. I have had several storage units here over the past 10 years and I am always surprised when I open them to get things. There are no bugs, a little dust, no leaks and my items are as good as when I put them in. Wow!! The front office staff go over and above board to be helpful!!! Excellent facility and much cheaper than many other places.

The service was Awesome... Steve was friendly, informative, and very helpful. Only 4 stars because of the width of the RV parking spot. The isles are wide, but the storage spots for the RV are not. Less than 10 feet wide. If there was another 40 foot RV in the spot next to us, we would not be able to get into the spot.

Steven, one of the employees just happened to be there on a Sunday when the office was closed, and was a godsend for me. He helped me get a broken off key fragment out of the lock and applied WD-40 to the locking mechanism and since I had a 2nd key with me I was able to gain access to my unit without cutting the lock or calling a locksmith on Superbowl Sunday Thank You Steven you are an awesome person and employee. I was in a desperate situation as I had left Tucson to start a new job the next day and had rented a storage spot for my rv only to get here and find out that it was a computer mistake . We have been with Bar 4 Storage Solutions in Gilbert for 17 years. They have always been helpful. One year AZ had huge hail and they contacted us to go over and ensure there was no damage to our fifth wheel. We have also used several enclosed units that are always clean. Office staff has always been helpful in getting us units that are close to each other.

This is a great place with a great pricing. Just rented my third storage unit and can’t think of renting a storage unit anywhere else.

Finally found a great place where I can store all of my grandma's antiques and clothing. John is amazing, and made everything so easy. I had shopped around, and management at other places really were just awful, and didn't seem to care if they got my business or not. I highly recommend you give John a raise, because good people who go that extra mile to make a customer feel safe about where they store their items, are rare. I'm even having my two sisters, brother and aunt close accounts at Public Storage, and sending them to John.

The storage is a decent price AND prices were cut and dry no hidden fees and things that take your price up from "base" and then $20 later you're like hey this doesn't feel like a deal anymore... To start the storage area was very clean, and the rates are good, but I was most impressed by John. He's an awesome friendly guy, and if I was about to be late on a payment he always called to remind me before it was past due to avoid a late charge. I would recommend bar 4 to anyone looking for an over the top storage place!!!

I will start renting from Bar 4 next week. I went in and met with Jon, he was wonderful, very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I shopped around the area for storage and have found Bar 4 to have the complete package as far as staff, reasonable rates, cleanliness, and as an added bonus, there is a great sewage system and design, which means no flooding.
