This place is so cheap on their prices. Easy to get to. Never a hassle. But if you need your lock cut off cause u lost your key, they won't help you. They have no bolt cutters. But that's not their problem anyways but thought I would just let you know ahead of time. Other than that I recommend this storage place! 👍

I often have to use storage for business items and vehicles in different areas of the southwest and was thrilled to find this iStorage. Prices are great and the grounds are quiet. Lauren and Lisa are kinda sticklers about the rules, but I get it because the place is run better that way. The place is a great bargain and the service is spot on.

Where do I start...first off let me just say sherry is amazing!!! She's very nice and pleasant to rent from. If ever I need her for a question I have or a problem she's always there riding on her golf cart lol.i know exactly where to find her..she always gives her best and she's a very hard worker. You guys are very lucky to have her there. I could go on about how great she is but ill just keep the rest to myself lol.

The manager is the only reason I keep a unit here. She is amazing and professional and always willing to assist you. There's hardly any personable interactions between companies and clients but she always makes you feel like a person not just a number.

My name is Jenee and this review is on behalf of me and my son Chris. We were faced with several major, life changing events that put us in a difficult position. We chose this Istorage because it was practically next door to where we were living and we were in somewhat of a desperate situation. That’s where we met Sherri. The kindness, compassion and empathy Sherri showed us made our already difficult circumstances feel less stressful. Sherri was the new manager of the facility but you would think she had been there for years! She answered all our questions, gave us fair, accurate pricing and was able to get us in a unit immediately. Other storage facilities tried to take advantage of our last minute need to store our belongings, charging a higher rate as a penalty for not making a reservation in advance. That was not the case at Istorage. Sherri treated us like people as opposed to just another unit number. When your life is falling apart and you are at risk of losing everything you own, the trust put into a storage facility is immense. We are so grateful to have met Sherri and truly appreciate the level of service she has provided. As we have struggled to put our lives back together, working with Sherri has given us comfort you wouldn’t expect was needed. I highly recommend this istorage location.

I moved back to NJ in 2016, I chose this location because the price was reasonable. Customer service and staff are great, would recommend this facility to anyone who needs storage services. In addition, my monthly rate has stayed the same for two years!!!

We have an RV space and another space for a vehicle and a 10'10 unit here and it really does help having a storage place to store all our vehicles and personal stuff in one place. Great specials and deals.

They were very helpful in my short time using them for my RV storage. I would recommend them for this.

Unfortunately for almost $200/mth they are letting the RV side look like a salvage yard. The staff is awesome but keeping an RV there is getting difficult. We don't pay that much for a vehicle and storage to have to clean up the surroundings.

Super friendly staff and easy to deal with. They have a good selection of unit sizes and terrific covered trailer/vehicle/RV storage in the back. Units are not air conditioned so be aware if that's an issue. Excellent prices and no contracts. Recommended!

I have stored my RV here for several years now and previously gave a 5 star review. In light of developments that have occurred since then, I have lowered to 3 stars. Vic and the others are great managers with what they have to work with, which is why I don't bring down the rating more. I know I should expect storage costs to go up over time and they have. The raise in costs have been reasonable until now. Now that there is a shortage of storage spaces available because everyone is buying RVs in this time of COVID pandemic, iStorage really jacked up the cost because they can and not because they should. When I first started storing here, there was a dump site and water and there was also a restroom for customer use. All 3 of these facilities have since been removed. The potholes are getting bigger, deeper, and more numerous. The owners don't seem to care about getting the potholes fixed or replacing the amenities they once offered. If they actually take some of this EXTRA INCOME they are getting and bring this facility back up to snuff, I may change my rating higher again. But right now, it just seems like they are reaping the rewards of the storage shortage without providing the niceties that should go along with it.

Friendly and helpful gentleman manages the location. Started by storing our RV in an uncovered spot and once a covered spot became available we moved our RV over to it. We have had no issues with this iStorage facility.

This is affordable refined storage. The folks working here really know their stuff and they were helpful in giving directions for the best self-storage experience. The prices back then were reasonable, if not necessarily affordable. We stored things in a regular shed, but they have temperature-controlled storage which I highly recommend.

I found this place on moving back to Arizona from California. They had the best prices on the size storage I needed but the last time we went to pull something out of storage, these people were there throwing away beds and couches and said there unit got infested with cockroaches and their furniture got ruined! But I have never had any problems in mine. I would say make sure you buy the insurance upon renting the unit to protect yourself.

I have stored two vehicles their for two years. They are starting to get a little pricy but never have had damage or theft on these vehicles. I left tools in the back of the pickup and no one bothered them.

Istorage Mesa is a very clean well lit property with a helpful staff. They have drive up self storage units as well as covered and uncovered parking. With 3 separate electronic access gates you can access the property from Country Club or Guadalupe. Also I found the back gate entrance that have the lower and higher keypads so RV customers can enter code without getting out a very nice touch. They also have RV dump station, a vacuum, and water available which is very convenient.

We were quickly closing an office and needed space to store trucks and trailers. The folks at I-Storage in Mesa were extremely helpful and being that I'm located in PA, made sure my email was linked to all spaces. When it looked like there was going to an issue, they were emailing me and calling me to avoid paying a monthly rental charge late. Extremely responsive and truly acted as my eyes. highly recommend this location.

Good Experience so far. Love the veteran discount. We weren't sure what size unit we wanted, Jesse was very helpful and showed us a 10x15 before we signed anything so I could check out the size. Prices were better than others in the area. The only downside so far is not having 24/7 access but I don't plan on going to the unit at midnight so it's not really a big deal

Just moved in today. I reserved it online overnight, and they were ready for me as soon as I came in. We got the few bits of paperwork taken care of quickly, and I got my access code, and was able to move in right away! All the units are drive-up, so no hassling with elevators, and long walks to get to your unit, and the prices are affordable! Was so happy to move from Public Storage to this, it's been a great experience, and I hope to rent from them for a long time!

What a change! New management is so much more professional and attentive. The new owners have really fixed the place up and it looks so much better than before. I feel alot better about keeping my items there. As a customer I was glad to see the major changes made to the office and the property. Great staff, so much better than before!

I was with the prior company before iStorage took over and was nervous since I was so use to the old management but once I got there they were so friendly and was willing to explain everything. The staff is great and you will love the new upgrades. You should really try them out you won’t be disappointed :)
