All leases we offer are month-to-month. Whether you only need storage for a month or longer, there is no need to sign an additional lease to accommodate a greater need. Stay for as long as you will need storage without fear of lengthy commitments. While you are welcome to utilize your storage unit for less than a month, prepayment of one month is required and will not be prorated if your use is less than one month.

I have been in this storage since 2019 and I've loved being here. I have 2 storage units and I have had no issues. I have been late on payments and they have been very helpful and understanding as long as I communicate with them what's going on. I love this place and hate that I'll have to move to the other side of town.

Found them online. Not many places have offices open on Sundays but these guys were open. Went in there, talked to Michelle about getting a unit. She was informative and helpful. She took me to show the unit, I liked what I saw and signed up. Be sure to check their website as well since they may be running special prices on some units and you can save yourself some money. That's what I did. They will also give you a moving truck for super cheap to help you move in! So far so good.
I am in the process of putting my home into storage and I have to say it has been so much easier than I thought. Michelle and Bob have been very helpful and so very nice. The units are clean and reasonably priced. I would recommend 91st storage sulutions to family and friends.

I have to say that my stay with this location has been the best . From the start the customer service and smile received entering the office from your manager just made everything ok and comfortable. I have no negatives or complaints. If i am ever to need a storage again this will be the location i return to .
Let me start by saying I have never used a storage facility before. I had no idea how it worked or what I was getting into. When I sent a random email in August 2016 inquiring about space to store our things in moving from Indiana to Arizona, I got a prompt response, a VERY good rate, and clear directions. I stated my arrival date and set everything up prior to our arrival. During our drive, we realized we would be later than we had planned so I simply emailed Michelle and she responded directly back to let me know our space would still be ready upon our arrival. Since we have been here, we have gone to the unit several times. The facility is secure and I always feel safe when I go there and know that my things are safe as well. We have been staying with relatives and just found out about a house that we may be able to gain possession of on Friday. I simply called to ask if we could pay for the extra days and Michelle was very friendly and helpful in reassuring me and walking me through the check-out process. I appreciate this company, this location, and Michelle for all her help in calming my nerves about storing my things.

So far so great. Setting up the storage unit was easy. Except it took a while for them to get the code correct to let me out of the storage unit but it was all pretty funny. Their prices are amazing and the cleanliness is unbelievable.
