Tony was extremely helpful. I represent an HOA in the area, and our first year is up. We were notified of an increase and I reached out to Tony. He informed me he could only guarantee the rate for (6) months. The HOA is a corporation and has equipment stored there that we use periodically. We will be storing this equipment for years to come. As a corporation, we do not want the hassle of searching for a new unit every (6) months. It would be advantageous for both parties (RightSpace & HOA) to have a (1) year contract. You won't have another empty unit, and we won't have to move our equipment.

The unit we rented was clean open and had no bad smells which is awesome this facility is in a nice area well maintenanced and the onsite staff has been extremely helpful the few times I've interacted with them definitely someplace I will use again in the future.

This place was a mess however… Tony the new manager explained to me there was a company transition. I talked to Tony and he has really got this place in order. I would recommend if your in need of a storage unit. They offer both climate control units as well as swamp cooled buildings.

It was a great experience. We had comic books in storage from when we closed our store. Last month we made the trip from Pennsylvania to Arizona to retrieve the comic books which had been in storage since 2003. After literally 20 years, they were undisturbed. There was no environmental damage. When we could not find our key, we were permitted to use their equipment to cut the lock. The woman behind the counter was friendly and efficient. The prices increased, but, after 20 years, what did we expect? The comic books were safe and we look forward to being able to sell them. 😀

I would recommend this storage in a heartbeat. I had the lowest cost of rental versus those other guys who wanted to keep raising the price. I jumped ship to go with 75 Avenue. Now THAT was Smart to leave CubeSmart. I should've been with these new guys the entire time. What a waste of money, but at least now I can say that I found the perfect unit. The climate controlled ones are BRAND NEW. I felt secure & confident renting there. They're so easy to work with too. Nothing difficult about being here. Good location, too.

It was so easy to move my stuff in and out of 75th Ave. Clean and bright new temp-controlled building. They provide these great large time-saving 4-wheel moving carts. They have a truck they'll let you borrow for free first-time local moves with dolly and only for pay for gas! Very affordable with high security. Such a great, clean facility! Love the fact that their climate control truly is AC controlled and nice and cool when you walk in the building. I also enjoy the use of the little trollies available as well as elevator access to the second floor. Check in process was easy after signing my lease online and I enjoyed the fact that i could go after office hours and not wait for someone to unlock or show me to my unit. Would 10/10 recommend this facility!

This facility was so helpful in a two part style move they were so accommodating and everyone is super nice they were on the ball with the changes that I needed to know. The fact that there is somebody 24 seven on the premises is wonderful and they have great cameras so they have an eye on your units. Their new storage cooling units are fantastic even the fire fighter movers stated it was one of the finest buildings for Storage that they’ve seen.

Check in to the unit and being able to move my stuff in was an overall great experience they made it quick and easy. Good place to store your stuff.
