The place is well secured and clean. Tony was super helpful and even took us to the unit we were getting before committing to anything. He explained everything clearly and warned us about any fees we would expect as first timers. I absolutely recommend this place to anyone in need of a good trustworthy storage unit. This place was a mess however… Tony the new manager explained to me there was a company transition. I talked to Tony and he has really got this place in order. I would recommend if your in need of a storage unit. They offer both climate control units as well as swamp cooled buildings.

I've had the storage space for 3 months Tony the manager put a courtesy lock on my storage for 3 months straight because me being forgetful forgot to lock my storage unit the manager Tony has two thumbs up from me great service excellent communication I really have no complaints on this location

Love this place.This is now Right Space Storage not Storage Solutions. Tony and Lee are great people and they do it right. Transition is rough but they did it right. The staff was very helpful in the selection of the space needed. The price was right and the air conditioned space is comfortable after unloading in 100+ degree weather.

It was a great experience. We had comic books in storage from when we closed our store. Last month we made the trip from Pennsylvania to Arizona to retrieve the comic books which had been in storage since 2003. After literally 20 years, they were undisturbed. There was no environmental damage. When we could not find our key, we were permitted to use their equipment to cut the lock. The woman behind the counter was friendly and efficient. The prices increased, but, after 20 years, what did we expect? The comic books were safe and we look forward to being able to sell them. 😀

I would recommend this storage in a heartbeat. I had the lowest cost of rental versus those other guys who wanted to keep raising the price. I jumped ship to go with 75 Avenue. Now THAT was Smart to leave CubeSmart. I should've been with these new guys the entire time. What a waste of money, but at least now I can say that I found the perfect unit. The climate controlled ones are BRAND NEW. I felt secure & confident renting there. They're so easy to work with too. Nothing difficult about being here. Good location, too.

It was so easy to move my stuff in and out of 75th Ave. Clean and bright new temp-controlled building. They provide these great large time-saving 4-wheel moving carts. They have a truck they'll let you borrow for free first-time local moves with dolly and only for pay for gas! Very affordable with high security. Couldn't find a nicer team to work with: manager, Leslie and asst. manager Sandy. Super nice and professional. Convenient and safe location. They'll take care of you. Highly recommended.

Such a great, clean facility! Love the fact that their climate control truly is AC controlled and nice and cool when you walk in the building. I also enjoy the use of the little trollies available as well as elevator access to the second floor. Check in process was easy after signing my lease online and I enjoyed the fact that i could go after office hours and not wait for someone to unlock or show me to my unit. Would 10/10 recommend this facility!

This facility was so helpful in a two part style move they were so accommodating and everyone is super nice they were on the ball with the changes that I needed to know. The fact that there is somebody 24 seven on the premises is wonderful and they have great cameras so they have an eye on your units. Their new storage cooling units are fantastic even the fire fighter movers stated it was one of the finest buildings for Storage that they’ve seen.

Check in to the unit and being able to move my stuff in was an overall great experience they made it quick and easy. Good place to store your stuff.

However, Sandy had helped me and my boyfriend very thoroughly. We also did not have the keys to our lock and Sandy had provided us a locksmith that was readily available, as their routine handyman. Leslie was super helpful!! We had previously reserved a unit at another facility but that one didn't work for us. Leslie was able to get us in and find us the perfect fit for us. We even changed our mind on the unit and went for the bigger one after she had all the contracts drawn up. She was still very friendly and accommodating. We greatly appreciated her help. Leslie gets 5 stars. The only reason we didn't give a 5 star review to 75th Avenue Storage Solutions is that there's a charge of $50 to use the dumpster on site. We're already paying a substantial amount for the unit, I was not going to pay $50 to throw away a couple cardboard boxes. That should be included in the rent. At least on the day you move in.

Ron is a great manager and defiantly takes care of the renters at 75th ave storage. He goes out of his way to make sure everyone is happy and that the place is well taken care of.

I love this place. It's always clean and the employees are always there to help out any way they can. The rates are good.
