Even though the call center gave away my reservation management went over and above to make it right. They explained everything and will work for their clients to make sure they are happy.

I am looking for a storage place when I met Cynthia Farrow running the location on North 83rd Ave or there abouts off of Lake Pleasant parkway. I was very impressed with her friendliness and outgoing nature, not to mention 110% professionalism. She gave me a tour of the facility and told me the different options. I am not quite ready for my move yet, but when I am you can bet I will be coming back to this facility.

Office staff is amazing but corporate has raised rates by 25% over the last year.

We rented a large, climate-controlled unit, with indoor access, for about 10 years. I believe it was a 10' x 8'. The facility is maintained very well; clean, no signs of pests or rodents, etc. Never had an issue with access to the facility, always felt safe when on-site - entry requires a personalized code and the keypad and gate were maintained well. One great bonus was that the facility provided a panel moving truck FREE of charge for us to use for move-in. For a family without a truck, that was a huge benefit. Every person I ever dealt with on-site was friendly and helpful. The only issue we had was that the price increases on our unit were regular and steep; it became prohibitively expensive to keep the unit. We'd see specials to attract new "tenants", which is understandable; however, keeping folks who have rented for years in place also makes some good business sense, as moving out of a unit one has had so long is time-consuming and one has to consider where all of the stuff will be moved to. The cost for our unit monthly increased to almost $170.00 per month and we could no longer justify the expense. Loyalty breaks on pricing, free month every year, etc....all those things might help keep long-term renters in place and provide somewhat of a break on monthly cost to renters.

I have had no issues with management or facility but the gate system is designed to automatically lock you out if you are late with a payment but does not automatically let you back in when you have made a payment.

We visited Fletcher Heights Storage three times before renting a unit recently. Every encounter was very pleasant with friendly and helpful staff who were more than happy to answer all of our questions. I also appreciated that there were no games played with pricing like some of the competition we checked with. I'm very pleased to have discovered this company. We've now had our belongings stored with Fletcher Heights Storage for about 2 months and just removed them today to move into our new home. The experience from start to finish was excellent. The staff was always very positive and ready to help, the facility is clean and in good repair, and there are no games played with pricing, billing, insurance or other charges. We couldn't be happier and will definitely recommend Fletcher Heights Storage to anyone we know needing to store their belongings.

Staff is friendly and the facility is clean. Access to storage unit is simple to use. However, exiting the property was a bit awkward as the gate would not open using my access code. Had to go to office door which was locked, fortunately a woman was inside. She said they had probably left, and opened the gate for me to exit. Strange, as it was only 2pm on a Thursday. Have to say that made me a little uncomfortable.

Too easy. Stress-free storage option in a good part of town and climate controlled. I do wish their were lights in each unit though. Hallway lighting doesn't make it into the larger units indoors. But, lights would drive up rent so I didn't mind wearing a headlamp. Good work and good facility.

I have had a storage locker at Fletcher Heights for almost 10 years. I chose a small air-conditioned space to store my excess teacher materials. The entire time I had this locker, it was well maintained clean and yes...cool for all my heat sensitive items (think crayons in the Arizona heat) The staff was friendly and helpful each time I needed them. My children have each used the facility as they were moving out and needed some extra garage space. I highly recommend this facility!
