it was great, very easy and since I already had a bigger unit their, it was nice, I got a smaller unit and everyone was very helpful. I didn't understand why I had to pay another fee for administrative, since I was already renting a unit from you, I was told that every time a unit is rented the fee has to be charged, and the manager was very nice and was very professional in explaining it too me. that is the way a big business makes more money. but am happy with my unit and the people that work in this facility.

Right Space has great customer service and very affordable prices! I recently moved and my new apartment doesn’t offer garages so it was a no-brainer when I knew I’d need to store my totes and small boxes I kept in the garage for a few months. The units are clean, they offer elevators and even rolling carts for our convenience while moving in/out and it’s month to month! I've been using this facility for my USPS mailing services for the past 2-3 years and love it bckz whether I’m dropping off or come in with 5 boxes to ship and 1000 questions… the employees are always kind, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I appreciate that they always greet me by name and that is almost unheard of now days. Daniel and Cody were so patient and helpful, and even took the time to show me 3 different units and carefully explain the process to me. This was THE easiest process ever, and I can’t say enough how much I appreciate them.

It was very easy to select a space on the website. The cost fit my budget. I was able to move my items into my space the next day, without any additional paperwork or effort.

He single-handedly took care of long waiting lines with two computers going side-by-side double tasking taking care of two people at once and he didn't even screw up. Happily greeted, politely spoken to, a smiling face is rare today, but I saw one. Super clean, well ventilated and my climate controlled 10x20 was just as expected. A light in my space would have been helpful, but it wasn't expected. Highly recommended.

Big place

I would give 5 stars for the front desk workers but for the business I will only give 3 stars because of security and clean. Tha air isn't working in my row. It hasn't for a while but I'm not one to complain. I just received notice of a rent increase which I think isn't warranted. The only bathroom b is in the office so when they are closed so is the bathroom and the gate locks at 8 pm final. Convince isnt what they strive for thats for sure. Front desk workers are great though

I am at this place all the time. They are a post office as well as a storage facility. I find it to be much faster than going to the actual post office most of the time and it has everything that the pay office has. The staff is always friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Jude was very patient and helped me to decide on one small unit but then two days later I had to transfer to a larger unit because I had more than I thought. He was attentive as well as helping others come in for mailing packages. I'm very pleased to be renting here.

I mainly stopped by to ship some gifts to my family in California the staff was very helpful and helped me choose the packaging and service that would save me some cash shipping using USPS, which I really appreciated they actually saved me around $20 dollars just by choosing me a different shipping method. I rented a 10 x 10 drive up storage facility from them. The staff was helpful and the unit was clean and reasonably priced with nice access and good security.

I do not have a storage rental space, so this post is mostly on thier customer service and other available services. Have bought storage/shipping supplies and have used their USPS shipping service a couple of times. Always had someone greet me and treated me with respect. Never had any issues of any type. They also have U-haul services.

I have often come to RightSpace because they have a variety of different services that I use. They are partnered with USPS so I can ship or mail anything. I also recently moved so I was able to use RightSpace for renting a Uhaul truck and storage unit, it was a one stop shop that had everything I needed. Their staff is also very courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. Their prices were reasonable and I got one month free storage unit as well! I'm a very satisfied customer!

I was very thrilled with my experience at Right Space Storage. When I went in, everything I viewed online in the way of pricing was current and up to date. They had an awesome deal going for the first month's rent free too! Karina was very nice and walked me through everything with clear explanations. When I was moving in, I had easy access to the elevator and carts, and I had no issues with anything. I will definitely continue to rent here as long as I need, and I will continue to refer them to everyone!

Only thing bad is you have to walk outside and type in the code again when you're leaving. Other than that, it's nice.

Storage facilities may seem pretty generic, but there are certain features that can really make one stand out -- and this particular Store More! location has them: Cleanliness, Friendliness, Convenience. The hours are fairly standard (open till 7pm) and the in / out tracking is also standard security. There is a great selection of moving supplies for sale at VERY reasonable prices, plus UHAUL rental -- making this pretty much a one-stop-shop. Jennifer is a joy to work with and stepped me through the rental process with ease and smiles. The unit I'm renting is on the second floor -- and the elevator access is quick and easy with the supplied carts. The facility is always kept at a comfortable working temperature. Check it out!.

Store More! is an excellent storage company! The units are kept very clean, the lots are well lit, and you have 24hr access. It has been a great experience. The Free Moving Truck was a nice benefit, I was able to use it to transport my things in two trips. The service is friendly and the business is well organized. I've been with Store More for 3 years and have been very happy. I love the pest control and personal unit alarms. I've never found a bug in my unit or in any of the boxes I have removed from the unit. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Store More! Self Storage Peoria is such a nice facility! Out of the few places I've been to it is definately the cleanest and has the most to offer. They really try to meet ALL of your needs! They not only worked with my budget but also have their Post Office inside, shredding, tape and boxes and more.

The person who posted about the manager must not know the same manager I know. Tanner was very helpful and kind. He helped me in any way I needed and played no games in his business. We used the truck for free and that was a lifesaver. we had to move from one home to another, and even with that volume all went smooth and well. The prices were the best we could find and the service the best I've ever had from a storage facility. I would advise anyone needing to use a storage facility should definatly look into Store More on 91st between olive and northern. Neal A.

I have to say that we had an opposite experience with Store More and Tanner than the previous reviewer. We needed to pack up and store an entire house on fairly short notice, and not only was Store More easily the best value in the area, but Tanner was helpful, courteous, professional, and he went out of his way numerous times to make a difficult situation as easy as possible. I don't do reviews very often, but our experience there warranted a 3 out of 3.

They had a free truck to move my stuff with and I was happy that the staff was friendly and helpful.
