I rented a small unit here for 10 months or so. The people who run it are really nice and super easy to work with.

Clean and responsibly priced. No wow here, but very neat. No weird lurking or folks just hanging out in the storage rooms, like at other storage places.

The office staff, especially the office/property manager Brenda, are good people! They understand how the business is ran, knowledgeable, accommodating, helpful, and they care about their tenants. My business needed some additional storage, and we elected to move forward with Right Space at I17 & Bell Rd. My experience with the staff has been nothing less then ideal. As all storage facilities, they have policies and guidelines for their customers, and they were explained to the letter. They we accommodating to our business needs perfectly. They were so amazing, I elected to rent an additional unit, because we had so much stuff.... Over all, wonderful experience, great staff and fair pricing and terms.

When this place opened up it was a really good storage spot and now that corporations own it it seems that it's lost it's family business appeal and service. It seems as if it's more about the money than it is about the customer anymore.

We have had a storage unit with Right Space Storage for several years and recently acquired an RV and asked Brenda and Randy if we could store our RV at the same property. There wasn't a space available but they said they would contact us when a space came up. Less than one month later they called to say a space was available. First of all, we are glad to have everything "under one roof" but mostly we are glad to have our RV on their property as they constantly monitor their facility, they keep the area clean and control the grounds.

I found myself in need of a storage recently while in the process of selling my house and moving into a new one. I found Rightspace online and took advantage of their 50% off your first month's rent which was the best deal I could find nearby for a 10'×15' unit or bigger. So far the staff has been helpful and I haven't had anything to complain about. I do wish the gate access hours were open a little bit later like 10 p.m instead of 8p.m but other than that Rightspace has treated my girlfriend and I great and we actually ended up renting a 2nd unit a few days ago to accommodate the last of our belongings while we look for a new home to move into. Would reccomend!

Probably the best storage experience I have had . Usually storage employees are not very happy people but the lady that checked me in at storage was very pleasant, professional and answered all my questions with a smile! Not like I was bothering. It was very pleasant

I had a very pleasant experience signing up, upgrading my service & all the staff were efficient, professional & very personable I ws going to rent around the corner at ACE storage & had a terrible experience, so, thank goodness I happened upon RightSpace.

The storage units here are safe, they have great access hours and pricing. The best part though is the office manager Brenda. We rented a year ago and decided to go back after a great 1st experience. Brenda remember me and she made the move in process super easy! They’re always friendly and helpful when you contact the front office as well. It is such a nice personal touch that I was remember. Made me feel like such a valued customer!

The rental process, both on-line and confirming/paying through the call center, went quickly and smoothly. There was a super 50% discount for the 1st three months and the $20 admin fee was waived by confirming with a call. But the office was not staffed when we drove to the Bell Rd and N. Black Canyon Hwy location get our space assignment and access code so we could move a few things in to the unit. It was a fruitless hour-long wait as the operations center attempted to contact someone there. I thought about cancelling the rental and credit card payment. On day two, Brenda was staffing the office. She was fast, efficient, apologetic and friendly. The check-in process couldn't have gone more smoothly. She made the 2nd attempt super easy and comfortable.

So my husband and I moved from a house to an apartment so we needed to put somethings in storage. Our good friends told us about this place and that they are reasonable and very nice. I was able to go in and set up my unit with no problems! We kept our things in there for a littlr over 3 months trying to sell them, but no luck! After realising that we were not going to need that stuff or unit anymore we let Bargain storage know. They took care of everything. Even though we were a little late on a payment they worked it out with us! I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone!

After a truly AWFUL experience at Ace, Black Canyon Bargain was a breath of fresh air! The customer service to the facility layout, everything was GREAT!! So thankful I was able to get out of Ace and into their facility! Even last minute! Thank you guys for a great experience!

Great experience! I checked out many different storage facilities in the area to store my things during my summer college break and I found this place to be the best option by far! My dear father-in-law has been using this storage facility for the last seventeen years. He was always very happy with it and felt very secure. He recently passed away and left a very full unit. The family and I were left with cleaning it out. I had the pleasure of meeting Laura Lehfeldt, the manager. She checked on us frequently, told us where the restroom was, offered us water, and we were very appreciative of her kindness during this most difficult time. And for that we will always be grateful.

Easy and fast to get into and very reasonable rates. Check their website for the rates, and you can reserve a spot online too. I got a 5'x8' (smaller unit) for $34/mo. and no deposit. No-brainer. Also very simple to get out of, and the folks who work there are very communicative. When you arrive, they might not be in the office, so you may have to call the number to get them to come by.

This is the second time I have used this storage facility and they are top-notch. Their prices absolutely cannot be beat, yet the facility and customer service don't suffer as a result. Anytime I have had a problem or question it was handled right away. I have emailed other companies from the 'contact us' link on their website and had no response. Not BCBS, I received a phone call right away to answer my questions. Highly recommend!

I emptied my unit at Black Canyon Storage 2 days ago and i am going to miss Laura , the manager there. She is and was always very nice to me and anybody who walked into the office. wand she always had a smile on her face, which is rare with people now a days. I rented there for approx 2 yrs and never had any problems at all, I would and will tell everyone I know that is needing to rent a storage to go to BCBS and have Laura hook them up. What started as a bad experience went all the way to the TOP of Customer Service and Experience. There was a pricing error on the website and Lacey, Elaine, and Laura all stepped up to do the right thing they honored the wrong price all the way thru the end of the year. The unit is being used to store toys and stuffed animals that Santa & Mrs Claus will be delivering to classrooms of underprivledged kids at Christmas time Thank you Black Canyon Storage for making Christmas special for a lot of needy kids from Santa & Mrs Claus

The manager, Lacey Allen, could not have been nicer or more helpful -- both she and her husband went out of their way for me regarding information I needed to know -- solving every problem I had. Almost like having family you can count on -- Lacey is a real lady and wonderful human being. She even makes sure the restroom are clean. My congratulations to the owners for having such quality people on staff. I have had as many as four lockers at one time at Black Canyon Bargain Storage -- which was over a period of fourteen months. This place is so convenient right off of the the I-17. They had some great deals right now for paying the first month then getting several free and that made this the best price per square footage of anywhere around that I saw. What I loved the most was the customer service orientation of the management. I was taken care of, all my concerns were heard, and they have been great about returning calls or following up with any other items that I need. The manager, Lacey, is absolutely stellar and very friendly. I will definitely get more units here.
