Go check them out if you need more room and have to much stuff even though they change their name or got bought out by another company it's still seems like the same company in the service at least with the over the phone people or call center seems to be pretty good

Update Jan 2024: had to move to a bigger unit, Taylor T. was extremely helpful, got swapped over. Even got a ground floor unit now. Very affordable and convenient storage facility. Front desk staff is always helpful and the place is always well taken care of and reasonable temperatures.

A little pricey but overall ok. You would think that it was a moms and pops type place as someone is living in the parking lot and uses the facility like his house. He’s a nice guy, it’s just weird. Employees welcome it. I don’t know much about it.

First and foremost I set up renting the unit online so that made the whole process tolerable. I'm bad at names, but the young lady that finalized everything was a joy to talk to. Moving the stuff I had to store was a breeze mostly because I paid my grandson to do it. All in all this was a smooth transaction.

When we went to move in the next day this had not been done and the person on duty had not been notified that this was needed. Minor annoyance but....

I'm SO glad we found this place. It was by chance because it is conveniently located for us. From the start both Marcus and Taylor (employees) were polite and super helpful. We used their truck which saved time and money since we only have a motorcycle. The rent is affordable and the facility is always clean. We really appreciate them and StorAmerica and would recommend them in a heartbeat. Keep up the great work! 👍👍

Helped ease the move! The Store America facility I used in California coordinated with this location and all I had to do was confirm my arrival time and sign my paperwork. They have a Flippin Elevator so handy. You also get to borrow a loading truck and huge truck for free.

Place is pretty packed and it seemed like everyone's stuff was stuffed in together. We definitely had some missing and broken items.

I was in need of a storage facility for some of my prized possessions so i shopped around and found that this place is the best and safest place for my stuff. Anabell was very helpful and answered all of my questions and even helped me pick the correct unit, she was nice and polite and put up with my 10000 questions! this place is overall super clean, the manager is so amazing. She is really dedicated to make each visit memorable, and I realized this when me and other individuals wanted to see some units. She is respectful, and overall knows her facility and her job! she made me really look forward to renting a unit in the near future. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. She made sure i left feeling good and secure about leaving my valuables at this storage facility. I noticed right away that it was very clean and They offer a moving truck to make everything easy and fast. I am very pleased with my experience and thankful for Anabell for helping me out. Like the climate control but hate the multiple floors.

Super Clean facility, Low pricing compared to UHaul Storage and others I tried. Friendly staff, carts available & they have let you use their trailer FREE when you move in to the facility! Highly recommended if you are looking for a storage with AC for your valuables!!!!!
