So far great haven't had to talk to anybody yet my only complaint was there was some major difficulties with the online rental system not sure if there were technical difficulties that day or possibly operator error but definitely was a pain getting that submitted.other then that so far so good 👍

Only thing that went wrong was they never emailed me my gate code like they said they would. Took 3 days to get inside.

My first initial experience with them was not good I was having trouble with the whole online reservation thing and I guess I had started to many reservation by mistake. So when I called to get help I was insulted by a staff member I feel.. He asked me was slow I said huh? then he says or maybe have a learning disability. Because I guess the mistakes I had made with the online reservation system.. I was kinda lost for words and just said no and kindly ended call saying ok sorry ill figure it out.. But I was in a no time for B.S situation dismissed his insult even though my boyfriend and family members were very upset with him saying that. I rented anyway didn't have the time to be offended. I know im no dummy matters what he felt. But I really have no problems here my property is secure the place is clean, price is ok , and I never had to deal with staff personally so its great for me.. I would recommend them to anyone..

My experience was wonderful and very helpful. Heidi was very nice and she was very compassionate to all my needs. I am going through a stressful moment but she was very kind, helpful and a very compassionate person.

Property is clean and very well maintained. Even exterior sides of walls are clean and painted. Graffiti never lasts more then a couple days. The site manager is very personable and professional. Communication about your bill due date. Is thorough and efficient and she will go that extra mile to send you reminders before any late fees are charged. I highly recommend this facility.

Went to the property, viewed the unit 5x10. Signed the contract and was out of there in 20min. The property manager was very friendly, professional and acted in a timely manner. The unit was very tidy, however; when looking closer the unit was slightly outdated and I believe there are some parts of the unit that could allow rodents or bugs to come in. Also I see the climate control was back working. As it wasn't when I initially leased the unit. I'm not sure if an evaporative cooler will work in up coming Monsoon Season humidity but that comes in August in Az. All in all I gave 4 Stars and if the unit was better sealed I would have been more inclined to have given 5 stars.

It's a clean place and the people that work there are awesome they have gone out of there way to help me out and I appreciate all there help I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.

Access wasn't super easy but, the drives are wider than most storage places and , for me...with an Ford F-250, that's a plus. Typical storage lot with old boats, RVs, and broken down classic cars that would be fun to restore.

Go see Gabe the manager he's awsome. Clean units, property is always clean, climate control, a safe place to store your belongings. 👍👍

Great place to store items.

This is a great storage facility. Equipped with many security cameras for safety of customers and their belongings. Polite, upbeat, & personable staff. They have taken care of any issues or concerns. Very great customer service. Helpful and communicative. Very clean and tidy property. I can say the main prior concern with any pests and/or rodents seems to be handled or taken care of at this time. My only concern at this time is the problem with keeping the building temperature cool. It is what some of us pay for. When coolers or chillers are not properly working than for those days the unit should be pro-rated or recieve a discount. Or at least some incentive or compensation.

I've been a customer of Phoenix bargain Storage off of I-17 for about 2 years now I had two units there I never have any problems the place is always clean the restrooms are always open if you have any problems making any of your payments I have to do is call and talk some to work with you customer service has been wonderful and I loved it there I've had other storage units at different places and there are the best in my book I dealt with the old manager Sarah and Gen new management there and there great!

Prices are a bit high and In controlled temperature building it's still far to warm and no lighting In unit. No outlets to plug your own light into. Which is why it's called bargain storage. For the cost everyone should have 24hr. Access and either lighting in unit or access to power outlets. Oh, and one more major thing I don't appreciate mice in my unit. I didn't bring them and I surely don't want to take them or have them ruining my possessions. That's why I got a unit to protect and preserve my belongings, yet I keep finding mice droppings all throughout. Fix the varmant issue.when this is resolved I will edit and upgrade your review! And on a positive note the woman in the office is fantastic! She is happy, cheerful, helpful, and cares about the customers. When I was having a bad day she just happened to walk by and her words helped get me out my cloudy spot. So thank you miss office lady! You rock!

Had a great experience. It is so hard to find storage facilities in central phoenix for a trailer. Jen was extremely helpful...professional...and answered every question. The facility is one of the cleanest storage facilities I have seen. I am so happy that we could store our camper trailer close to the house and still have 7 day access to it. Thanks Jen. So happy we found our trailer a second home.

Freeway close and well serviced by John and Tiffany. Due to the location an increase in security camera coverage is an important upgrade that I wish Storage Direct would invest in.

My very first experience with any storage company was when i phoned to inquire about some space i was needing. It was a very nice, friendly, professional person named Tiffany who answered the phone. She answered all the questions i had and even made some suggestions based on how many things i had to store. When i arrived to decide what size of space i needed, she was very helpful and friendly taking the time to ensure i was comfortable with the amount of space i was renting by taking me to the unit and even showing me the next size bigger. Because she was very helpful i did not hesitate to rent the 10 x 10 space only to return the next day and move up to the 10 x 20. I felt very comfortable dealing with Tiffany because of how professional, friendly, and helpful she was. It was a wonderful experience!

Nice place I like the managers. They are nice. They helped me find the right unit for my mom's stuff after she passed away. They didn't try to overcharge me and were sympathetic when I broke down and cried.
