She dismissed a charge since I was an existing customer and sold me a lock half price to cover the new unit while I take my time to go through the tubs before moving them.

I just moved my stuff OUT of RightSpace and into a now-empty bedroom in my apartment. If I ever need storage in the future, I'll go right back there: I was very happy with my storage experience at RightSpace Storage. This is a very clean, well-maintained and well-run storage facility. The staff is quite professional, unfailingly polite, and very helpful. You can reserve a unit on their Web site, and someone from the facility will call you promptly to discuss your storage needs and make them happen. Seriously, the management is the best part of this RightSpace Storage facility! Electronic access to the exterior doors is simple and well-documented. I never had any problem entering the facility. They provide ample hand trucks, furniture dollies, and large carts to move your stuff in & out easily. You can park under a metal awning at the side door, so you can load and unload when it's raining. The company is very easy to deal with. The prices are fair, and the online billing & payment system is easy to use. They also have a UHaul franchise, so with a little planning you might save on gas and mileage charges for your move.

Clean, secure, temperature controlled. Wouldn't think of storing my belongings anywhere else.

I visited a Right Space location, hoping to find a 5x5 unit, but they did not have one. The manager there kindly volunteered to check nearby locations and directed me to one that had a unit that size available. Jeffrey, the manager on that rental site, was also very helpful. He understood my needs and helped me get just the space I needed. The location is very clean. Very nice people and a clean space, what more can you ask for?

Its a clean bldg that is climate controlled. Not sure if the staff is friendly or not because i dont talk to them.

Cool place for minor storages but they have a larger storage area too. They have cars in the front area for toting things and helping you move boxes and other heavy stuff. There's also a timer light which is pretty cool. It's also useful that they have a widened door so you don't have to worry about fitting stuff through a cramped entry way and the corners are wide enough to turn large objects furniture through. Overall a pretty convenient storage place.

Best prices, climate control. They are open late. But not 24 hours. I started with them when they were smart bargain and I loved almost everything about it. They changed owners and changed policies so a little less on the payment leeway but not terrible. Trouble paying last month because they had just changed it but hopefully that will be resolved quickly.

Jeffery, Property Manager at the front desk, went above and beyond all expectations of service with friendly, attentive and proactive customer service. When I was having trouble with the online payment system, he patiently walked me through it. When I was confused about my bill, he graciously emailed me records within minutes, without my having to ask. When I locked myself out of my storage space, he helped coordinate my finding a locksmith, and called them to ask their availability for me. This made organizing my storage space so much easier and less stressful. Truly helpful, friendly, and courteous customer service, I never would have expected this much help from the staff. The facility itself is very clean and well maintained, and the building construction materials are more solid & secure than other facilities that I visited. It is a secure building with motion detection alarm and camera system. The climate control is very good, and so fluctuations in temperature and humidity are NOT an issue (It is AC, not cooler.). My possessions are safe and secure here, and it is pleasant to visit. Smart Bargain Storage has gone above and beyond all expectations! Great place, I recommend to everyone.

We have two spaces here; one outside for our travel trailer and one climate controlled unit inside. It's very secure, clean, orderly, and quiet, with convenient hours of access. Inside and outside there are cameras 24/7 and motion detectors to alert security if anything moves on site after hours. Jeffrey, the site manager, is professional and courteous, and easy to reach. I have had a number of storage units around town over the years, and so far Smartbargain is not only the best value, but the best quality.

I was going to use another company for storage, but when I saw this facility, I changed my mind right away. It is secure, clean, and very well run. The facility is climate controlled rather than just being cooled by a swamp cooler. The manager provides outstanding customer service, and did everything he could, including missing his lunch hour, to make sure that my move went smoothly. I had never heard of this company before, but if you are looking for storage, you should definitely check them out--you will be very glad that you did. Their prices are very competitive with other facilities!

I was looking for a storage space for November because we are relocating from Phoenix, I was so impressed that the manager returned my call immediately. He invited me in to see the facility and helped me find the right size to accommodate all the stuff. I like their friendly and helpful service, the place is very clean and looks like the recently remodeled it.

What a nice facility! The management is very nice and kind. I was looking for a small storage bin with air cooling and they had them at a super price. It was quick and painless to sign up and I actually enjoyed the process. They even gave me a free lock! I checked all the other storage facilities in Tucson and I am convinced NOBODY offers a better deal. I sincerely think if you are in the market for storage you should go to their facility and look around. You wont be disappointed and tell them Gary sent you!
