Alex at Rightspace Storage off of Broadway at Wilmot in Tucson is totally customer-oriented, in my experience. The facility is first-rate, clean, in a great location, with plenty of carts, parking, electrical outlets if you need to plug in your own lights, and safe and secure. Alex is attentive, and Tanya, too! Easy to communicate with and responsive to my needs.

Paul was very attentive and helpful, he showed us multiple storage units to let us know our options. Like it so much got it the same day.

I have been with RightSpace for 3 years now and it has been a totally positive experience. I highly recommend this location. *The Pima County Sheriff is right across the Street and so is Bear Canyon Goodwill. If you enjoy hiking , camping or Skiing on Mt.Lemmon this is the perfect place to store all your gear!! The Management is the best.

The initial reservation/rental process was exceedingly quick and easy. All prices were explained up front. The unit I rented was clean and dry, and easily accessible. I was given a tour of the property with thorough explanations of the process of gaining entrance at all hours. The lady I met who handled the entire process was named Therresa, and she was friendly, warm, and understanding of my situation. I went with someone who rented a unit and they were friendly, helpful (although not fast at the checkout process. My friend also used SpareFoot and apparently got a great deal...half off first 3 months and the clerk said rates were 30 bucks higher now than when he reserved it on the sale.

Would definitely recommend RightSpace Storage on Tanque Verde! We needed climate controlled storage for the summer for my daughter who was moving from one apartment to another while attending U of A. Everyone was so helpful - especially the woman who works in the office (Theresa?) and it was clean, secure, reasonably priced, and well lit. You can have access after hours with a modern security system/password. They have boxes, tape, locks, etc. for purchase. They even have a water cooler and clean, modern restroom. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again!

This was probably the best experience we've had moving something into storage. I sadly can't remember the woman's name who help us, but she was SO sweet and helpful. We had a problem with a mattress and we had to call customer service. She was patient and let us do our thing and was helping others during the time. She never stopped smiling and made us feel like we'd been there for years. If I could give 6 out of 5 stars, I'd do it!

I ordered my storage unit on line very early job the morning. Theresa your outstanding employee called me around 10am to verify that I wanted unit and asked if I would be that day. I told her yes. when I arrived Teresa and Cade made my visit enjoyable. great attitudes and good service. I can tell they love their job. lance was also helpful and came thru when needed. Very professional and enjoyable experience. As a side note, I think $9 is a bit steep for monthly insurance.

We checked several storage options in Tucson that are climate controlled. Right Space storage was significantly better priced. Then, we go there and meet Cade, who was very helpful, informative and just generally a great guy. So we rented two spaces. There is a first month discount, and for the space the prices are great. There are two spaces out front for loading and unloading and the double doors are huge. There are several heavy duty carts and an elevator up to the 2nd and 3rd floors. The elevator is large enough for at least two carts and two men. The passageways are well lit and easy to maneuver in. The larger units have double doors which makes access easy. Near the corner of Tanque Verde and Kolb, I find it easy to go thru the office parking lot off of Kolb and around to the unloading area.

Tucked away at a major intersection a large inside climate control storage unit. There seem to be some shady people wondering around as it runs along the wash. But overall a quality place. Rates to high in my opinion

Wonderful experience for such a painful job at our house. We had our entire house tiled and had to move everything out! AJ and Mark are the best and I recommend this business if you ever need storage units. Mark offered us water on all of our trips to our unit, it shows this business has heart!

Mark was great! We were moving back down to Tucson from Chandler and couldn't get to RightSpace until almost 3:30p. They close at 4:00p on Sundays, but Mark was kind enough to stay and wait around until we could finish unloading our U-Haul. We were there for almost two hours past closing, but Mark couldn't have been more patient. He even took delivery of our moving truck when we were done. RightSpace is professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend them for all of your moving and storage needs!

I have been with this facility through several owners and name changes. The original staff members were extremely helpful and seemed genuinely interested in helping me get the best unit size and location for my storage needs and money. I have been unhappy to have two rate increases in the past two years and really cannot see any improvements, and I was very disappointed when the facility discontinued shredding services which are difficult to find. On a recent visit, the male attendant was not very cordial, and the female attendant(?) was doing her makeup and showed no interest in us as clients at all. The location is good, the unit space is good, and I know air conditioning costs money, and yes, electricity rates have gone up some, but the two rate increases seem disproportionate to those costs. I hope another rent increase is not coming, or I will be forced to find another facility.

I have stored some personal items in this facility for 3+ years. I like it because the rooms are clean and it is air conditioned so my pictures and other items are in the same condition as when I put them in the unit. The business hours are fine for me and every time I have visited the site I am greeted by a friendly representative at the entrance and there is always a cart available should I need to move something in or out. I think the price is fair when considering the condition of my belongings. I have used outdoor storage units in the past and everything stored in them is covered with Arizona dirt and sand that blows in through the doors and roof... my 'stuff' is a mess unless it is completely covered with pads or plastic.
