This is my storage place they get great customer service I love these people

This storage facility is great the employees are always their to help me when I have a question. They are friendly the one thing I wish they had was 24 hours service in and out of the gate.

Everyone is really nice. If you need a place for storage or even if your nearby I highly recommend them. The prices are very affordable and they will work with you. I've been renting a unit from Darrells mini storage for 4 years. I got a small unit from securcare because it's closer to me and was going to be temporary. I wish I'd have been coming here instead of Darrells. This place is way more secure, they've got security on premises and they're locking systems are way more superior. Herman, the maintenance man, was so kind and very helpful. Recommend these guys over anybody else.

I found SecurCare Self Storage to be very helpful. Gaby was wonderful and happy to help me with anything I might need. The unit that I chose was clean and easy to find. Paperwork went by quickly.I give Gaby and SecurCare Self Storage 👎👎👎 Unfortunately, things are not as they were when I first moved in one year and one month ago. Approximately five months ago I noticed mouse activity (i.e.: droppings, chewed up plastic. no food in my unit) asked them to fix problem. No help. Turns out, place is infested with rodents. Moving is next option.

A little slow getting the paper work done so it took longer than I expected however it went smoothly and the unit was as expected.

Good prices on their store rooms they keep pretty clean the only thing I don't like is you can't. use trash cans or their bathroom at any time you have to pay in advance every month if you have to go to the bathroom

Cool place takes care of our stuff.

I have been doing business with them since 2011. They are very friendly and secure, I know they have a great camera system and often patrol the units in their golf cart. I had made a quick trip to my storage and when I left I forgot to put the lock back on. About 30 or 40 minutes later they left a message that they had notice it and used one of their own locks to lock it for me. Good looking out.

I sometimes need to make 2 or 3 trips to finally pay the rent. No one is consistently in the office. There is a portable radio in a box that is supposed to alert the staff when you push the button. Has never worked for me.

Had a great experience renting from Extra Space Storage. Great customer service and clean facility. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that the representative that first helped us (not the one onsite) recommended a storage size that didn't even come close to being big enough and we had to pay more for a larger unit than expected. Regardless, it is still a great price and I would recommend renting here to anyone!

Love it. Two months free. The new store manager is real nice and helped my girl get a unit since we movin to Nevada next month. I can also pay online which is sweet. We couldn't be any more happy with our choice to go to extra space. We rented when it was a American and it is way better now with the new company.
