I was at Uhaul but it was awful. I wasn’t too sure what storage company to use but once I was here Dillan was so helpful It made sense to stay. The units are clean and sealed. Im happy with my purchase. I definitely will be a long time customer!

I've been the Hughes Lane Location for 8 monyhes now and i absolutely love the customer service at this location. Dillon is the absolute best. Because my schedule is so hectic he always calls me to ensure that I make my payment before a lock is put on my unit. I really appreciate all that they do and I feel that my stuff safe here as well.

Everything is great with this storage company. The only issue I had on moving day, was that I needed a 4 digit code in order to access my (inside storage unit). I didn't receive the code by email or text upon confirmation of the unit. Nobody was in the office on a Sunday afternoon at 102* outside. We had to call another location for help. After 45mins on the phone with a kind person, we received the code to enter the multiple inside units. Other than that this place is great!! Oh..a Porta-potty would be awesome for paying customers. I had to close up a half empty U-Haul truck and drive somewhere.

Great place that lives up to its name! Staff is super friendly and very helpful. I'm a renter who lives out of state, with a local contact, and they've always been more than accommodating if a situation requires my presence.

Best place to keep your belongings safe they have cameras and do have parking spaces for your vehicles if you need to keep your car somewhere safe also the storages are easily accessible

Totally cool people and the manager lives on site. The thing I was most impressed with is the fact that they stay open from 6am to 10pm. (the gate is open) The office opens at 9am and closes at 6pm.

The customer service was phenomenal!!! I was treated with the most respect and was comfortable under the COVID 19 distance requirements. I was given a great deal. Not to mention for climate control it was the cheapest deal I found.

I felt everything was safe from pests or people. It was climate controlled which was desired since I was storing photos.

Rented a climate control unit with SecurCare Self Storage for approximately 10 months. Customer service varies depending on who you're dealing with. I always came in contact with the very courteous and professional Dillion except for the day I removed all my belongings from the unit. Overall I personally never experienced any problems with my storage unit, just pay your bill on time every month (which I didn't) to prevent any and all extra fees from being applied and you'll be good.

I'm a frugal engineer, and I needed 200 sqft of storage, and had some items that needed climate control. The price difference for the climate control was only 15%, so I rented two 10'x10' climate controlled units. The next day I went to load my belongings and believed the units were much smaller than the contracted 10'x10', so the manager said we would measure them together along with all the available units and he would give me the two largest units. We spent about an hour looking for the largest units, and the ones I got were a little larger than 10'x10'. I was very pleased with the service, the cost, and their online payment methods. I recommend this company to anyone looking for storage.
