Great facility, the onsite staff are top notch, pricing is great mid month when they have flash sales, 10x30 $189/mo. Only complaint would be access hours are until 530pm.

The manager of the storage facility was the one who helped me and I couldn't have had a better experience. She was very helpful every step of the way and even when I thought it was not going to work out because I had cash and the form of payment had to be check debit or money order I freaked out thinking I wouldn't get it in time . She is amazing and totally blew me away. She then looks at me and says well you do have the cash so I could just use my card. I about fainted it saved the day! Thank you sooooo very very much. Good. But you need to update your lease to be readable on a cell phone. I couldn’t read it and sign all of it on the phone. Had to finish it at the office. Takes longer to get stuff done. It’s an easy fix.

Bieng able to get a storage online was easy and quick. The Gentleman who helped me when I arrived was friendly and helpful. There was a little incident with a car, from Enterprise, blocking my unit but he took care of it quickly and efficiently. I just want to know how you got to the other unit in a golf cart quicker than I did...L.O.L.... I would definitely get another unit from here in the future.

small storage, had to wait a long time to rent a storage room, although we had a reservation! Service is not great!

The management is very friendly and helpful. The only thing not good is that the facility is not kept up too well. Restroom is very disgusting with no soap or toilet paper provided. We finally broke down and cleaned it ourselves. Also a lot of trash on every aisle of facility. After having to repair my tires three times we finally walked down our row with a magnetic stick and picked up over 30 screws.

When I moved out here in mid March, everything had just shut down!! Worst timing EVER!!!! But everything was handled over the phone & via email. Successfully!! The lady I had the pleasure of doing business with was super sweet. And for my second experience to have to get a second unit (cause I wasn’t moving everything into one) was in person just this week. The guy in the office was very helpful & quick, I was in & out within a few minutes. Great service guys, keep up the good work 👍🏼

Rite Space Storage in Banning California is a full service storage facility with gated and passcode entry. Conveniantly located near the I-10 Freeway in Southern California. The storage rooms are clean and large and they have several sizes of storage rooms. The prices are very fair and the managers are friendly and helpful.

We were treated with friendly respect by Crystal. We would recommend this business.

Customer service is good. The price is the lowest I could find. They could do a little better with pest control as I found two huge black windows in my unit. At previous storage places I used, I would occasionally see insects, but always dead as a result of regular pest control.

New management is great. Better than before, customer service is great as well. In response to some of these comments. If you paid your payment on time you wont be sent a pre lien or lien , they charge $25 for that. Always have and always will, it states it in your contract. ( I know cause I have gotten a few :( ) They have armed security on site now at night which is great! Someone stated they were closed a while back for a few days, that is because it flooded and had to shut down the office. They waived everyone's late fee cause they waived mine too due to the incident. The homeless problem has went down as well with them having security and with Banning PD cracking down on them. Bottom line, if your looking for a storage facility do your research and you will see their prices are great and service as well.
