Units are large and employees are courteous and respectful, knowledgeable, true to their word and pricing and able to direct you and answer all questions. The property is clean and well taken care of and you can tell the owners are proud of the property. I recommend these units to anyone looking for a large spacious unit for a reasonable price. No lights, 700 to 700 cheap place to store stuff, Dry climate

I reviewed the website for RightSpace Storage, and was able to see the prices and select the size of the storage unit I needed. I was able to sign the contract also. Confirmation was sent to my email along with access code and storage unit number. I chose to select autopay which makes it easier on me. All I had to do was go into the office and provide them with a copy of my driver’s license to confirm everything was correct, and they handed me the key and lock to my storage unit. The personnel staff were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I compared their prices with other storage rentals and decided on RightSpace Storage.

Customer service was great, the only thing that had a strike was that the 3rd party company I had booked the storage unit with, they told me one price of how much it would cost me, and when I got there It was almost double of what they had told me when I booked it, but I still got the storage unit anyway, even though I could not afford it because I am homeless but it's okay I guess. They gave me half off my first month the lady was extremely courteous very kind understanding I could go on and on the facility is very clean good rates for my rv and they're really easy to get to.

The only reason I am giving this place a 3 star rating is because the lady that worked in the office in Barstow has terrible customer service skills like she absolutely sucked. Maybe she should take some classes or something but she need some help seriously. Other than that storage place was cool.

Really clean and affordable

Moved here recently to Fort Irwin. There was no storage so I scrambled for a place. I am very glad I came here. The site was completely secure with security cameras. My car and motorcycle sat for a month with no issues. The facility is clean and well cared for. The staff was very nice and remembered my name as well. Good people, good place. The price was right as well, there was no nickel and dime add ons, no contracts.

I love my storage unit it's the right size and it's not too expensive...

We have had our storage shed for over 7 years and never had a problem. Moving out of state has never been a problem, and they have always been so pleasant on the phone.

I have a great experience from the initial correspondence over the phone to actually coming to the storage facility. I would recommend this storage facility to anyone I know. They are reasonable and fair with their prices and the rental units and grounds are clean and well kept.

Friendly employees, easy access, great price! Something that will be helpful inside storage better lighting! I usually have to use flashlight to see items inside of storage. That is not why I left. I had few items in storage not worth storing on monthly basis. Lloyd Conley
