Most times I have not been happy with storage facilities, but today Tim at Palomar took excellent care of us and solved a significant problem.

Tim assisted me in renting a unit at the Carlsbad location, and he was very professional, friendly, and efficient. Great experience!

What an exceptionally pleasant Experience I had at self storage! The representative, Karina, at the front desk was delightful! The premises is extremely secure and it is located far enough down on Palomar Oaks, away from Palomar Airport Road. This brings ease in knowing it is hidden treasure on the map. The move-in was smooth, and I am ever so graciously appreciative of this company, very affordable, too! They are running a promo ~ second month free, whoo hoh! 🙌 two thumbs up 👍👍😁

Awesome customer service, clean units, easy access without the need of multiple codes for multiple units.l, couldn’t be happier. Front desk was helpful, patient, and flexible. We now have three units with this facility and couldn’t be happier!

Friendly staff. Not climate controlled. Being so close to the ocean.. You will get moisture and salt on the ground. Protect your boxes and raise them above ground.

Want a cheap storage unit? This is your place. Need the office? Good luck. Once you speak to someone, they are nicest people and helpful. The hard part is finding someone to talk to.

Lovely managers. Super helpful. Easy process. Best prices. I ran into one hiccup, and they resolved my issue on the spot. Would like a bit more light in the storage rooms, but that is a moot point. Would definitely recommend.

I highly recommend Carlsbad Airport Self Storage. Corina and Chanel are AWESOME, super helpful, friendly and almost always available to answer a question or help! They have really good options and pricing depending on your needs of a drive-up unit, indoor ground floor unit or a more economical second floor unit. The property is always clean and the hallways are wide so when moving things around, very accessible and easy to get in and out. Again, highly recommend!

I really appreciate the staff at the front desk. Very helpful. The lighting on the 2nd floor keeps going off and I had a bad experience, because of that problem. The girls at the office bandaged my ankle. Bled pretty bad, bruised and swollen, I went to Kaiser, Waiting for Xrays, but I've been resting it. Couldn't see, I tripped and a glass hit my front ankle. And then, it fell onto the floor and broke into 3 big pieces. "A Bad Experience!" Be careful out there. Owners should keep a safe building. I'm sorry, but I must have missed pressing the 🌟's adequately. The young lady, Janelle, acted so quickly to my injury. Very sweet and professionally. I want to thank her deeply. She gave me great service, regarding my storage space, also. All the young ladies are very professional that work there.

The first 6 months is a great deal then they real jump the price up. Seemed like office always closed but they only had one person working now the have hired more people.

Not 5 ONLY because the door stopper is ALWAYS missing. So, I have to use the big trash can which gets in the way when going in and out to load and unload. ✓VERY CLEAN. ✓ROSIE IS SWEET. ✓NEVER SEEN ANY SHADY OR SUSPICIOUS LOOKING PEOPLE. ✓YAAAY! BATHROOM IS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. ✓Complimentary COFFEE AND COLD WATER

Storage Unit Rental & Use of Truck - Unit was 10 x 20 drive up and interior was slightly dirty needing a sweeping. As Google insists on providing a rate and review before any real evaluation time has past, I have little to say about the unit at this point. The staff (Brian) was very helpful and they allow use of a truck to move your items into storage. Truck was great with 2 pads, cart provided plus a good built-in ramp to allow loading. You will pay $20 for the insurance on the truck but a 20 mile total range is included with the use. It was a little tight on the time of use as the return time is before 4 PM and you need to be ready to load/unload quickly. My only possible future concern at this point in time is that the concrete floor showed signs of water seepage but that may be to higher-than-normal rainfall in the prior months and therefore an anomaly.

I had my belongings at Carlsbad Storage for just over 6 years and was not in touch that often but when I was, everyone was very friendly and most important, I felt my belongings were safe and in good hands. The area felt very safe and I give Carlsbad Storage thumbs up.

Excellent service. Got an upstairs 10x5 storage unit @ a very good price. Easy to load up to area. I totally recommend Carlsbad Airport Self Storage!

I have been a renter at this facility for a few years now and always have received great service from the staff in the past.
