I came in last week to change the lock on my storage and I was dreading it because of the horrible management I dealt with a while ago. I was greeted by Kylee and Holly and they helped me with all my questions and concerns. This place has completely turned around since they started working here and you can tell how much they take pride in their work. The office was clean and it smelled amazing. Who needs to hire Security when you have the property managers Holly and Kylee on patrol? They have been out verifying everyone, introducing them selves and handing out cards for reviews. I had met them both over the summer but I have not been back since then. This is not the safest location but they really do have it handled here and I respect the dedication and hard work that they have put in around here.

Seems like all the thieves that had been living here are finally gone. I hope it stays that way! I was fearful of being at my families unit alone and just stayed away for about a year. It was good to meet Holly and Kylee the other day and it looks like it is safe to open my unit door again without being worried that someone is watching and taking inventory of our personal items. I Chose SecurCare Because my husband talked about how great the prices were for the big space he had gotten. We Moved into a smaller space and as a result we had to put half our stuff into storage. I got my own storage for a really great price. I don’t like the dust area so I chose the space inside. It was pretty neat. I was able to choose my own space and do everything online Without ever speaking with Someone there. We finally got a bigger place and now we’re moving everything out and I just wanted to say thank you Holly and the girls At the front desk. They are great and they will work with you If you’re ever in a pickle, as I was one time 🫣😆.

Was a good experience with staff, being told it's a fluctuating price for unit not so good,you pay 5 apples this month and a bag of oranges the next.

It's great to see that this place is once again become a storage facility that you can trust to be clean and secure, due to the efforts of Holly and Kylee, they're busting butt daily to get the place black to it's former self of a great place in the storage business. I highly recommend that if you're looking for a storage facility that checks all the boxes, you call the office and talk to Holly or Kylee.

Came in looking to open a unit, was warmly greeted by Nick who was very kind and welcoming. He was able to assist me in the process of opening up the rental unit from start to finish very quickly and smooth. One of the best things was the great customer service by Nick, we were treated courteously and professionally by him, who explained all the options, requirements and policies to us very thoroughly and clearly. The facility was clean and well managed. The prices were good too!

I want to leave a review for a new employee. Her name is Mary. I received the most wonderful, efficient customer service from her that I have ever recsaved. I had been trying to pay my bill in person. In a location right above, Sonora for weeks. I was so happy to see that there was finally somebody at the store. She was able to help me with everything I needed. But then informed me that she was just filling in. And that her store was in Ceres, California. She all, she also told me that if I ever need help that I was able to reach out. In short my experience was absolutely very pleasurable and efficient. Mary provided all the help that I would need. I am doing a big shout out to the great job that she does working for this company.

It was ok I learned that I could get one storage cheaper then what I was paying for two . Also I don’t think you should raise the rent every quarter I pay more then enough rent for my storages . And the place is not clean any more .

I do like that the units are sheet rock and metal versus wood like other places. The units we looked at were all pretty filthy though and we had to thoroughly clean ours when we started our term. Also, I do not like that they force people to purchase insurance with them at $12 a month or more. No other place I’ve had storage with has ever made me pay them extra for insurance. I was also told that the price I pay right now will increase anywhere from 15-20% every 3-6 months. I don’t like that they will increase their prices and I don’t like that I don’t know when exactly it will happen or how much it will increase by. No other storage facility has done this and I’ve used several over the past ten years.

I have two spaces and I like the covience of access hours and days. I like being able to pay my bill online. Good places if you need storage that you can rent totally online.

We were between homes living with In Laws when we rented our 2 storage units. We reduced them to 1 by selling some stuff cause the rents were rising. Now it's gotten very expensive so I hope to clear it out real soon! Pricing for a storage unit has gotten ridiculous!

Representative was very professional and friendly, he explained how the rental process goes, Provided the different sizes after asking me a couple of questions needing the unit. Reviewed the prices and informed me of special s on certain unit sizes. I booked the a unit, he took the information, obliviously he knows his products and procedures. He provided excellent CS.

This storage units are nice and large. This location is kept beautifully. I have never seen it trashed or anything out of place. The one problem is that the rates here are crazy . We have rented here for 3 1/2 years and pretty much every other month the rent went up. We weren't ready to move out our belongings yet but it was getting to expensive 😅 to stay. There was no theft or vandalism of are things at this location.

Hidden away behind a strip mall this place is not particularly easy to find but there is nothing wrong with that. The first people I talked to were not helpful at all. The second person I talked to was super helpful and made everything really easy. I would recommend this place

The lady who helped me with the rental agreement was extremely pleasant. She was polite, friendly, informative, and all around great employee. Forgive me for not remembering her name. The storage facility is very clean and looks well maintained.
