Clean Location

Stored at many places before and the reason I came here for a tour was because it’s hidden. Paul was very helpful and knowledgeable about storage in general. Thank you for the tour and I will be renting soon!

Staff is easily accessible by phone and very friendly. Units have now been upgraded, repainted. I have had no problems with break in past 5 years

This is the best storage facility I have used. It's kept clean, staff is helpful and friendly, and I appreciate the temperature control.

I love this storage place. It's clean, I feel safe when I'm there alone and the price is good! Only open till 7pm though but I can live with that! I haven't had to interact with the staff much but the few times that I did, they were very nice. In person and over the phone.

Using RightSpace Storage has helped us to store larger items we use for our club business. Recently with the improvements made to the facility, it has made it cleaner and easier to get to our unit. I also appreciate it being within Cypress and is one of the lower cost options in the area.

This facility is awesome . They recently upgraded everything it looks great. Very quiet staff is very friendly and have always helped me out since day one . I have had 3 different units there and the transition has always been easy . I would highly recommend this facility

I have been using Right Space Storage since 2013. I have recently had the opportunity to spend more time at the location and absolutely appreciate the renovation and the amazing customer service. Deondre has been very helpful and truly cares about each and ever tenant at this location. 5-Stars for the service! This place is not the 'Top of the Line' facility but they are working on improving it. It is a simple storage facility that has low traffic, easy in and out and can give you what you need at a reasonable price.

The employee was very friendly and helpful. He went out of his way to give us first class service. Also very detailed with all the rules and made me feel comfortable with security in and around the building.

I had a absolutely great time here. Deandre the representative that helped me, not only made everything clear to understand and easy to follow but also actually lended me a hand when I was moving my very heavy recliner couch!! Thank you for all the help. Deandre made what would usually be a gloom day of moving out, into a easy, productive day.

Was in a bind. Reserved another unit elsewhere, but morning of Move, discovered no unit available. I was referred here. What good luck! Operator took my info on the phone, very helpful. Deandre in the office was very helpful, explained how this works.

Wow! Great prices and excellent friendly service. The units are clean, bright, and spacious. What else could you ask for? It’s in a convenient area of Cypress that’s tucked away with great security and Uhauls for rent. Don’t wait until all the units are gone, get one while you can!

Quite impressed with how easy the initial paperwork was and how large the storage turned out. Reasonable price (for LA) and safe location.

Once the agreement was complete the rest was easy. The staff was very helpful only took about 5 minutes on site to show me where my unit was and explained everything to me. Great job.

We were there for many years and had only 1 bad experience with a breakin. Nothing taken. They could have more and better hand carts to use. Will go back if we need storage space..

I have been a customer here for a while but have been much happier with this storage since Kathleen started working at Right space. I don't have to worry about my paperwork being correct or that my payment is auto paid from my bank account since she straightened everything out since the last guy "did it". Thank you Kathleen!

Kathleen is such a sweet women! She made my move in process so easy and she let me vent about my moving situation! The prices are a bit high but i decided to rent due to how sweet she was! Wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you Kathleen for all your help!
