This rating is for the excellent customer service, kindness, and patience I received from Elias (Eli) who works there! He has such a great attitude - everyone should have an employee like Eli - he cares so much about us customers, is so knowledgeable & helpful, answered all questions, was so patient, and such an honest person. When I had a issue, I worked with Yarlet, & after some back & forth, all went far more better than my expectations! The place is very convenient, with all 10x10 units on 1st floor, & 10x23 & above on 2nd floor. They have a big elevator & loading dock area with huge dolly-cart things to load up. They had a buy 1 month, get 1/2 off 2nd month deal that's really great & saves money! Good place - and Eli, you will always be successful with your amazing attitude!

Scarlett has made my El Camino Storage experience very delightful. I had some trouble finding the right size unit, and she was able to go out of her way to give me a tour and find the right one that suits my needs. She is always happy to talk to me about any concerns that I have.

I’d recommend this self storage to anyone. I have rented units here for over a year. The facilities have always been clean and safe. The manager, Scarlett is the best thing about this place. She communicates very well and tries to accommodate any requests I make. It gives me one less thing to worry about.

I just received a notice that the rent is going up again, by nearly 10%. This is the second price increase in less than a year. This feels like price gouging. They are taking advantage of people having to store stuff due to Covid. I'm planning to move my stuff out. The property manager followed up with me after the above post, and we worked something out. I was a bit surprised, but Tricia did a great job and I've decided to stay. A very solid recovery that turned a bad situation into a positive one.

What a pleasant experience first Cory set up on phone so kind and patient then I went by next day to sign contract and pay with Mgr Tricia she took the time showed me around very personable.They both made the process so easy Trisha fixed lock on unit I rented that same day so Grateful. I used the truck to move in & clean carts available to transport to unit just a breeze moving is never fun they took the stress out of it ! Many Thanks Happy Customer! The only bummer no restroom at facility 🙃

Working with Tricia, the property manager, was amazing. She was kind, thorough, efficient, and professional. I felt like I was guided well from choosing the size of my unit through the move-in process. I was wary about using a storage facility, but she made those fears and concerns really dissipate.

Even though it's the 10th (last day to pay before late fees are assessed), a Friday, and the middle of global craziness, Tricia hustled to get my, and other clients', needs met and questions answered in a courteous, upbeat manner. I know she did a lot of juggling today and hit some obstacles, but she pushed right through. That, in my book, is commitment to providing Terrific Customer Service!

The branch manager, Tricia, is lovely. Prices seemed very competitive based on the little bit of comparing I did. My only suggestion is that the facility moves some of the parked RVs out of the loading dock area, because the parked RVs make the area too tight to pull the moving truck up to the loading dock when multiple clients are trying to unload at the same time.

Amazing customer service. Tricia was courteous, fair and super helpful. The facility is clean, with convenient hours and tons of choices. It amazed me I could sign my paperwork and have all my stuff unpacked in less than 1 hour. Perfect!!

Clean, well designed layout that includes LARGE elevators and storage doors. No squeezing into your storage unit. An actual loading dock for easy access. Rental rates are competitive, and hope that doesn't change.

As a Customer of El Camino Self Storage I am extremely pleased with Daniel's proficient service.He is polite, professional, courteous and efficient. A perfect representative of El Camino Self Storage. I am also grateful for the reminders when I do not pay my rent within first part of the grace period. Daily life being as it is , this is an added reason for me to keep at least one unit at this storage facility. I have been a customer for the minimum of at least 15 years with multiple units, two of which were much larger than the present one.
