Ashley Montes has shown such great character as well as customer service. After my father passed she worked diligently on transferring his storage to me. She made the transition smooth even with me living out of state. She continued the hard work on getting me a refund for the unused remainder of the month. She had to stay on top of it with the transferring of a new business owner. Thank you Ashley for all your hard work and dedication in this matter.

I called this place asking for a quote & the lady name Yolanda answered. This was my first time renting a storage & I had so many questions. She was patient with me & gave me a lot of helpful information. A few days later I went to look at the unit. Yolanda & Ashley were so helpful on getting the right size unit I needed. My husband and I have been renting here for about 4 yrs now, going on 5 and even tho the rent varies month to month due to late fees or the economy struggling so there has to be an increase, we are very happy with everyone here and those beautiful ladies who work the desk. They are always extreamly friendly and willing to work with us if any problems arise. Overall a great place to store ur belongings 🫶🙏

First time in my life that I've have to aquire a self storage shed. The reason I chose this one over many available in my area is simply because there located adjacent to my work location. I could see there facility for the past 15yrs and its always kept clean. Thank you Yolanda and Ashley for being so kind and helpful.🙂👍 Update 04-30-2022 so far so good I wish they had outlets close by the storages I would like to use a vacuum suck up the sand and dirt that gets in through the bottom of the roll up door. That high desert 🏜 is something else .. Uodate 08/25/2022 you don't realize how much stuff you have ubmnti you rent one of these storage sheds I'm going too nee a bigger one.....

Ashley and Yolanda are the best; they helped me out with my storage which was a lot bigger than my old one and about $10 cheaper than down the hill too. Ashley helped me out with my best friend when we need help asap for his car. Ashley recommend a sister branch that deals with storing cars and she even check for us which one would work and if it would be in our price range. She was amazing; she even sent them an email for us to let them know we where come and my information and what we wanted. Everything worked out perfectly Thank You Ashley I appreciate your attentiveness, professionalism, your kindness and your hard work. Yolanda helped me with my sister in-law and her storage both of them hit it off really good....lol Yolanda was very attentive and made sure everything was taken care of, for us made sure we got all the information we need and even made our gate code easy to remember cause let face it my sister in-law and I both forget things.....lol she even recommend a few place to check out since were both new to the area. The ladies at Universal Self Storage at 10150 I Ave in Hesperia (Ashley & Yolanda) were incredibly helpful, friendly, and easy to work with. They arranged for us to utilized their company truck for a day for a very reasonable fee, and everything worked out perfectly. They are professional, knowledgeable and efficient, and were especially helpful with answering our questions and explaining how everything worked. They are also conveniently located just a little north of Main St. on I Ave., with plenty of room to get around, load & unload. We highly recommend their storage facility and their customer service.

What could i say about this storage unit? First off i feel like this is HOME! i could come & go as i pleased. Non of my belongings are misplaced , destroyed , nor missing . Laura is the most sweetest , down to earth , & kindest person I've met during my time in moving . She made my experience the most easiest let's not get to mention its very reasonable. I barely had what i needed but Laura on the other hand she will make something work out of nothing . "Universal self Home Storage " is the FLIEST place ! Come & experience what ive had here . 😁😀👍😝

I received great customer service from Yolonda in the office.. extremely helpful and professional..I will recommend this facility to my friends..the site was very clean and I also met the maintenance man Ed who was also very helpful.

My only wish would be that they were open just a bit later than 5 pm. It always seems the need to get in and retrieve some item hits me at 5:10 pm. and that means waiting til morning to get said item. Otherwise they have worked with us, helped us and been very nice.
