Had a great experience and excellent customer service.

I went into the office today to see the size of some storage units and the two gentlemen in there were really nice and answered all my questions

I love how the area around the units and my unit itself is clean. The manager Anthony is very friendly, courteous and funny. He's very attentive and willing to help when we a have problem. I would recommend this place to anyone I know.

I got helped by a guy named Anthony and he was very well mannered, helpful, as well as educated on what he does. He made sure he went through all the information on the units ,as well as showed me what different units they have on the property.

Love this place!!! This is my second time around choosing a storage place in the high desert to temporary move my stuff. I was helped by patty on 06/21/2022 around 10am. Patty was very very helpful and knowledgeable, great attitude, showed me my storage And had a smile on her face the whole time. Right space storage has always been good to me and my needs, great prices and unbeatable customer service. You can’t go wrong choosing them.

Ok good communication

First time renting a storage unit, Right Space had good prices, the lady at the front was very nice and helpful. The only concern I have was there are cameras facing the entrance and exit, along with the side wall. But I’d feel my unit would be a little more secured with cameras facing down the rows. Also the front office had a printer problem, maybe time to make some upgrades.

The office girl was super helpful to fix my bill from 2 units down to one unit.

Patty was great she saw me there at closing when she was leaving. She told me the hours an said she didn’t see my name as I booked on line. She then got out of her car went inside with me an got everything squared away. She was so helpful an the space was very clean.

For all your storage needs this is the place

The staff was wonderful. They were and friendly and took the time out call, always with a smile in their voice. Unfortunately, I fell into hard times and was unable to come up with entire payment. This not of their making; that is the company's policy. So, I lost my storage room contents. I was too embarrassed to call and let them know my full circumstances, I guess because it wouldn't have made a difference. My experience with them was great on their end.

Right space storage in Hesperia California is the bomb. I have dealt with Nikki she makes things right. My unit looks like it had a water leak she got on it right away. I've no problem no complaints about the facility it's always clean. I love that they have a porta potty out in the facility. The customer service is just phenomenal if they can that work with you any way they can. 👍👍👍

This place is great, I would recommend it to people who need a storage unit. The staff is so nice, I’ve never had a problem here.

I was very impressed by Nicki in the office. She takes a genuine interest in each and every customer and goes out of her way to be pleasant and show kindness. The second time I went there she greeted me with a big smile, but I was amazed that she called me by my name after only meeting me once before! Not many people take that kind of genuine interest in others. She is a wonderful asset to an already great company. I don't worry about my things at all because I am confident that Nicki would treat everyone's units as if they were her own, and make sure that everything was being done to keep them safe. This is by far the best storage company in the High Desert.

Easy access to our unit makes it nice, but very limited access to the facilty mgmt if we need something. No toilet facilities. Dusty area, so keep that in mind as this stuff seems to get inside everything!
