We have had several units at a time at this location and every interaction with the employees has been pleasant. Always very helpful! Units are clean and it always feels safe, even late at night. We moved out of state over a year ago and as of recent we finally picked up the last of our items. Closing out transaction was smooth. Kudos to Claudia for always being lovely and easy to work with. I had a great experience reserving a climate-controlled unit at StorAmerica in Indio, CA off of Monroe. I just moved from Texas to the desert and used the POD company to transport all of my family's belongings. We're temporarily staying with family, so we had a full POD container with all of our stuff that needed to be stored into the new storage unit. Ideally, I wanted the POD container to be delivered directly to the storage facility so that I could just easily unload the contents into the storage unit, but that proved to be tricky since POD containers aren't typically delivered to storage units. However, Jose from the Indio StorAmerica worked hard to accommodate my request as best as he could and ultimately helped me find a solution. Jose himself coordinated a moving company that helped me move my belongings from the POD container that was delivered to the house and had them moved into my storage unit. He delivered excellent customer service throughout the entire process and ensured that my storage needs were met. Had to switch the size of the unit a couple of times on my reservation, but Jose made sure I still got a good deal. The unit I got was great. The premises itself is well-kept, pristine, safe and conveniently located. No sight of trash or graffiti. All of the units look good from the outside as well as the inside. Even the bathroom for the customers is clean. If you are looking for a clean storage unit at a reasonable price, I highly recommend StorAmerica in Indio off of the Monroe freeway exit. Ask for Jose at the front desk. He and the staff are friendly, knowledgable and are eager to help. They'll take good care of you. Thanks for the excellent service, ya'll

I’ve been storing with StorAmerica for the last yr and half on and off. And I can say this location is by far one the most convenient and cleanest facilities in the desert. I recently just rented again, for that exact reason. Jose and Claudia have made my storage experience easy and stress free. I definitely recommend this storage facility if you are looking for storage. And they rent month to month which is two thumbs up for me.

Very awesome staff. Everyone that works there is very friendly and helpful. I like that they had different size units so I had choices in options for my unit. It being right off the freeway makes it perfect since I don't have to drive to an inconvenient area or deal with city traffic.
