The gentleman at the front desk was exceptional in finding me a unit that fit my needs. Very friendly and enthusiastic to help. He let me borrow a lock because I was transferring my lock from their other location. Even the maintenance guy was super friendly. He’s always smiling and says, “hello”.

Office staff were polite and efficient in getting our storage unit selected and for everything to get setup. The facility is at an easy location to get into & out of. It is also clean and well-lighted.

It is a very pleasant experience to deal with the Irvine Storage management team, Brent and Evan. They are so friendly and helpful to the customers that make me feel very comfortable in the rental process.

Everyone in the office was really friendly and made the rental process so easy. They went over the size and price of all the units we were interested. Definitely happy with everything so far.

Clean , convenient, right near the freeway but closes early for access...7 pm

This is the second time we have rented with Irvine Self Storage. It's a really convenient location for storing bikes as it is located right next to the bike path. This facility is nice and clean, plus the units have high ceilings. Both times we took advantage of free use of the moving truck and dolly. Customer service is top notch. Employees are knowledgeable and helpful. A special shout-out to Beatrice for saving us money by taking the time to help us choose just the right size unit. We appreciated her upbeat, personable nature. She even helped us find a sister property for RV storage! On-site manager Gustavo was friendly and professional.

I never write Google Reviews, but I received such amazing customer service from Beatrice that I had to write one! She went above and beyond to make sure that our coffee console was loaded and transported properly. Not enough words to say how amazing she made my experience!

Irvine Self Storage is excellent. They always have great specials - this is my 2nd time back to rent a storage unit from them. Their great in customer service and the process to rent the unit is easy and quick once you arrive. The staff is very friendly and I give them an A+

Excellent customer service, and cheaper than most self storage places in Irvine. People are very helpful there. The only thing that was hard was that the stall numbers are hard to find if your unit is upstairs. There are no signs to tell you which stalls are where. We had to walk all the way down the hallway only to realize it was on the very other side.

Very welcoming the staff were great

Great experience overall. If I need a storage unit again, I would definitely go back. It was Always clean, Access was easy, there were always carts to help with hauling, and the staff is great! It’s Easy to sign up and just as easy to end it. There is only one downside I can think of - you are not able to access your unit after 7pm. It was a little hard to plan around during the week, but not enough to lose a star.

Good units but the hours they let you access it are very selective, if you work late don't expect to access your unit after 7pm
