The management is extremely helpful. They offered me their loyalty and discretion and helped me make some difficult changes, answered some important questions, and i feel they are a trustworthy business. Thus far I happily continue my relationship with them. Some things I am interested to inquire about are what they provide in terms of security, such as notifications or alerts when someone uses a previously authorized code that has been changed, whether they can change the locks for me in case of an emergency, if I am away and if I can buy a key from them and retrieve it later and if there are any insurance options through their company. I am also interested what their level of security footage looks like. Like whether a person could follow another car into the gate and if this happens what would they do about it. Anyways these are my pending questions. So far my experience has been great. Thank you for doing a good job and being available and reachable.

We are so grateful for Crown Valley Self Storage and Juan's great kindness and friendly personality. He was a great help to us. The prices are fair and most importantly the storage is extremely clean throughout. Cameras were important for us which they provide throughout the storage facility. There are only 2 drawbacks. 1) Bathrooms are not accessible at both locations. So you will need to go over to the main site. 2) Parking is limited at the 2nd site. We appreciate Nancy and Juan's help with all of our needs and we are so happy we came here. You will be grateful too. 😊

I've used storage facilities in the past, but Crown Valley Storage facility is the best place to store your items. It's very clean and has security cameras throughout the storage facility. Staff are friendly and very helpful as well.

I’ve been using Crown Valley Self Storage for several years and I’ve had no complaints at all. You have to buy the lock for the unit. Several size storage units are available. In the summer, it’s not that hot in the upper units which is a huge plus for me! You can pay online or in person, choice is yours! Safe and secure at CVSS. A key code will be given which is great! You can enter by 7 am and the office opens at 9. The staff are super nice and helpful!!

Prices are great, storage units clean and staff very accommodating and nice. The only thing i would say is you need more then 1 cart and a little bit of a larger one for each bldng. I just moved in and was a little difficult to find a cart and they were quite small. Love the place though!

I have had nothing but great service and all around great expirience . The facility is well kept, friendly and great service,couldn't ask for more. I recommend this place to anyone. I have read a couple nasty and bad reviews online . And have found them all to be false and baseless. So before you give any credibility to anything negative written about this place, come down and see for yourself. For the people who posted those bad reviews stop blaming others for your life being the way it is, and maybe it Will get better. I been here almost 2 months cant find a thing tp complain about and love it.

My name is Debbie and I have been utilizing storage units for my business and personal needs for 30 years now. at Crown Valley Self Storage, Jessica has been there for 5 years of those 30 years and has helped with many problem solving ideas with options for storing my business inventory and with the use of a very large cart to transport items in and out of the storage unit it makes very convenient to even move my things. Every building is kept clean and tidy and when something was broken and made a mess, Jessica offered to help clean it up. She is always there to help solve a problem. Storing my items at Crown Valley Self Storage is one of the best Storage experiences I have had in those 30 years of storing. They even have a large truck that you can use without any charge when moving your items in if done within the work day business hours. I am very pleased with the customer services and the prices are extremely competitive. Their hours are very reasonable! I am very pleased!
