The current property manager, here, is "MARYSOL". She arrived the early part of 2022, to replace Rachel, and, of all the property managers I've seen here, in 16 years, she's been the nicest, and best, and most pleasant manager we've had here. The rest of my review has been left, as is, until I feel it warrants a change. (NOTE: I'm CHANGING my review, to 5-stars, ONLY because of her service)

Very nice location and conveniently located, great customer service, received all the information I needed for a unit big Thankyou to Marysol for her professionalism.

Recently I just purchased a unit here, and when I walked in that office I felt so welcomed, it was quick and easy to get a unit. Marysol was VERY helpful and respectful, she explained everything throughly and got me a unit that I really wanted. Highly recommend and would recommend to family and friend!

Excellent customer service. Looks like they exterminated recently. Perhaps be better if the dead bugs were swept up before new customer moves in. Good move in special.

Great customer service, very professional, friendly, quick, I was in and out in no time. Everything was explained in detail. Love the price, the facility was clean. Marysol, the onsite manager was beyond helpful, friendly, efficient, gave clear and complete information. She was professional and very engaged with the other individuals coming and going. I could tell that she really looked out for the property and the renters. I could not recommend this facility more highly.

I went to get a storage unit and they were just about to close. The lady on duty named Maria stayed and helped me get the storage rental I was looking for. She answered all of my questions with no hesitation, and was so knowledgeable. It’s so refreshing to come in contact with someone who is patient and informative, especially during these crazy times of covid. Everyone I spoke with from Customer Service to On Site Personnel were always professional and friendly. Never had any problems or issues. I believe the price was high; that is why I gave SecureCare a 4 rating.

I find that all of the workers at this location do a wonderful job of keeping the location clean and are very helpful in the transferring from one unit to another.

Their prices are pretty average but sometimes you can get a deal. Their storages are clean and range in sizes to meet your needs. All the storages are protected by an alarm system. They will supply you with a certain type of lock put on your storage which you have to purchase or you can bring your own but it must be a certain standard type lock, now I believe they do Supply boxes if you need them. This place do have video surveillance and security gates. they are located on the corner of Alessandro and Indian in Moreno Valley, just passed Food 4 Less gas station.

Storage units, as well as the entire place, indoors and outdoors, is always very clean and well lit.
