From the moment I walked in, Chauncey was attentive, friendly, and professional. He went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met, answered all my questions, and made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable.

I have been renting a medium sized unit from NSA Storage and I couldn’t be happier. In addition to competitive pricing, the location is near two freeways making easily accessible from tge 10 and 60 Freeway. Video surveillance surrounds the property and after reviewing police incidents on the property prior to moving in I could not find one. I feel safe and as well feel my property is safe being stored. Staff couldn’t be any friendlier or helpful. Stop looking around, this is your spot.

Was trying to find storage around the area. Other storage businesses try to give you a deal but have all these hidden fees. Storeamerica was straight to the point with their first month promotion price with no extra fees. The lady that attended us at the front desk was so friendly as well.

Having gone to other storages where there is no communication I really appreciate StorAmerica in Ontario. My move in experience into this storage took no time at all and the lady is so nice and helpful. How it is to get a storage here is topnotch quality even more so compared to Public Storage.

Greetings, this is a follow up review addressing the unforseen situation with my storage units. it's been over a month since I made a claim and submitted critical proof about the terrible damage from rodents to me and my family members personal belongings while in Stor America Ontario ,Ca. my items were fully contained mostly totes covered and tied in flex bags. I was very decent and discreet about it before, however it appears I'm being avoided and ignored. as I have not been contacted as to the claim process or resolve. I have protection plan coverage on both units and like the facility, as I said in my reviews. however, I deserve the respect of knowing what is the outcome. Thank you. Ms. Wilson.

Stor America is a nice, decent facility and the property manager goes above and beyond to accomodate your needs, and provide an home away from home experience for storing your personal and important belongings. the office always reflects a inviting and welcome theme. despite the recent unforseen issue with my units, I still recommend Stor America Ontario. I purchased the protection plan and am confident they will preserve the integrity.

Great place to store and awesome customer service with Perla at the front office. Got everything squared away for me and it was a breeze to sign my contract, get my code and store my things. Affordable pricing and worth my space. Also I didn’t realize I needed locks and I was able to purchase them at the front desk.

I needed to rent a storage unit to help declutter my apartment. I came to StorAmerica and was helped by Dulce who did a stellar job. Dulce was friendly, helpful with any and all questions plus got me a great rate on my unit! I've dealt with several different storage facilities over the years and this was by far the best experience. Plus the facility is very well maintained and I received an indoor unit which is not always easy to secure. Can't recommend this location or Dulce enough!

I took advantage of one of their specials and got a 10 x 10 unit at a very reasonable price. Stephanie made the process very smooth, quick, and easy to understand. She was kind enough to give me a tour of the unit before I decided. I was able to call in and get my hours extended during my move-in weekend, this is something they don't normally do but were able to do as a one-time courtesy. It was extremely appreciated. I wasn't able to get a drive up unit but the hall units are still very accessible and easy to move large things into. Overall, I had a very positive experience at StorAmerica Ontario. My only suggestion is that they consider extending their gate hours until 10pm, it would help tremendously. Thank you!

The workers were very professional. They took the time to get everything done in order. Also they were very helpful in assisting me with the completion of packing. I will be calling 0n them again. And I want the same crew.

I was amazed at how clean this facility was. Coming from a Public Storage unit just down the road, I wasn't sure it could get any better. The inside units have 4-foot or 8-foot roll up doors (depending on the size of the unit), giving quick and easy access to everything you are storing. I was able to save a few $ by leasing two 5x10 units across from each other (each with 8-foot roll up doors for access) which was perfect for our needs. The facility is VERY clean. They also have oldies music playing in the hallways which makes loading/unloading a little more bearable. The staff are extremely friendly and made the moving process easy to handle. This facility also offers a "free" moving truck (20 miles free) so moving from my old storage facility to StorAmerica was a cinch! Love it!

I have been storing there at Stor America for about a year now. The first impression is good, becasue it smells so good when you go into the office. The man there Ozzie is so friendly and helpful. The facility is very neat and clean. Just wish the rates were a bit lower Thank you Michelle Lee
