The PS location is clean, easy to get to, & great access hours. They have lots of security cameras. Stor America will also loan you their 15' moving truck!

I needed a place to store my stuff and I needed it quick, so I called around and found that StorAmerica was the best price around. I drove down there and spoke to a guy at their front desk I think his name was Henry, he quickly got me all signed up explained the contract and made sure I knew where my unit was by giving me a ride on his golf cart. I like that I have access to my stuff as early as 6am and as late as 9pm and that the place is well taken care of and safe. Overall experience here was wonderful.

Henry got me set up very quickly and effortlessly within 10 minutes from start to finish with a unit. Upon moving in though I quickly realized that it was not going to be big enough so I spoke to Henry and explained my problem and he easily moved me to a larger unit that was perfect for accommodating all my things I needed to store. Love this place!! I’ve had my share of storages and usually there’s always an issue about something; whether it be one or more of the employees watch you like hawks like you’re going to commit a crime, or just always up in your business. I’ve had employees be rude no matter what you say or ask them, comes off as if they’re unhappy with their job, or just completely careless. Make up reasons why the bathroom isn’t available or they don’t have one for customers! Just there is always something. Right here at Stor America, Henry is awesome!! He’s always nice, outgoing and pleasant! Their offers and deals are sweet! Overall the best storage company I’ve ever had!! And Henry thank you for your awesome customer service!

StorAmerica, in my opinion is an excellent place to store your personal belongings. Any company that offers a 10-day grace period without a late fee gives you room to catch up in the event that you're running behind on something. The young lady at the front desk of the Thomas Rd. location, Kendra, is excellent, very helpful and a delight to associate with. Though I wish that the hours were later, the 6:45 p.m. closing time does offer greater security for customers. Overall, I've had a great experience with the company.

My review about StorAmerica is about their accountability for fees and charges. The storage location in question is in San Diego at All American Storage. This is one of the facilities that provides storage. There were personal financial issues which delayed my rent payment to the end of the month.I expected to pay a late fee; but I was shocked to find out the late fee was doubled and a "lien fee" was charged even though my payment was "late" but not 30 days past due. According to the staff at All American Storage, my rental agreement indicated the additional fees would be charged when I was late. However, there was no opportunity to "opt out" of these additional fees. These fees had to be paid or my items would be removed and put up for auction. The additional late and lien fees constitute excessive charges and fees if I wanted to use this storage facility. To my knowledge, no other rental industry, apartments, cars, etc., double the late fee or charge a "lien fee" before 30 days past due. But for the fact that these excessive fees were charged, my items would still be at All American Storage. The excessive fees made it impossible to continue renting there. My rental was effective April 28, 2017 to December 7, 2017. My request is that StorAmerica and All American Storage return the excessive fees to me. The additional fees I paid should be in their records.

Honest Company, hard workers and easy to work with. I've been to several different storage companies from public storage to extra space and they are all the same, rush you in and out. No time given to you, just pay them and leave.. At Crown Valley and Plano (used both locations) they take their time with you. All my questions were answered and they even give you copies of everything you sign so you can refer back to your contract for holidays observed, office hours and the website for payments. My only complaint is they Jenna and Jessica are only at their stores and I cant take them to the next adventure. Thank you both for being so helpful and kind, and Thank you StorAmerica for employing such gems and for running a well rounded storage company. You will always have my business. Respectfully, your favorite Pinball tenant.
