The PS location is clean, easy to get to, & great access hours. They have lots of security cameras. Stor America will also loan you their 15' moving truck!

I needed a place to store my stuff and I needed it quick, so I called around and found that StorAmerica was the best price around. I drove down there and spoke to a guy at their front desk I think his name was Henry, he quickly got me all signed up explained the contract and made sure I knew where my unit was by giving me a ride on his golf cart. I like that I have access to my stuff as early as 6am and as late as 9pm and that the place is well taken care of and safe. Overall experience here was wonderful.

Henry got me set up very quickly and effortlessly within 10 minutes from start to finish with a unit. Upon moving in though I quickly realized that it was not going to be big enough so I spoke to Henry and explained my problem and he easily moved me to a larger unit that was perfect for accommodating all my things I needed to store. Love this place!! I’ve had my share of storages and usually there’s always an issue about something; whether it be one or more of the employees watch you like hawks like you’re going to commit a crime, or just always up in your business. I’ve had employees be rude no matter what you say or ask them, comes off as if they’re unhappy with their job, or just completely careless. Make up reasons why the bathroom isn’t available or they don’t have one for customers! Just there is always something. Right here at Stor America, Henry is awesome!! He’s always nice, outgoing and pleasant! Their offers and deals are sweet! Overall the best storage company I’ve ever had!! And Henry thank you for your awesome customer service!

Henry at StorAmerica Palm Springs #1 is professional, knowledgeable, helpful and very polite. He has been so great to help me in every way with renting first a large regular storage locker in October 2020 and again this month, February 2021, renting a smaller climate controlled A/C storage unit. Clean and Professional. Great Customer Service was given by Henry. The unit was clean. Items that were for sale were reasonably priced. I quickly compared prices on my phone with AMAZON. SO I PURCHASED THE LOCK AND TAPE GUN THERE.
