So when my seller asked me to help, I was uncomfortable but I accepted the task The ladies there were nice. The place looks clean. They offer a pad lock 🔐 . They explained about the dust. People it's the high desert 🏜 we have micro dust everywhere.

I've been using RightSpace Storage for over 5 years now. They've recently upgraded the facility and it looks really nice. The place is clean and they stay on top of the upkeep. Also, they have the most cost effective pricing for long-term storage. They have U-Haul rentals and the staff is friendly and very helpful.

Manager was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Facility is well kept and a good location for my needs. The unit was clean and perfect size was available.

The Current Operation Manager is a great guy .

Staff was friendly, however, the on line and telephonic communication was lacking and cumbersome! Needs to be more user friendly. Otherwise, the storage area seems to be good. Follow up review to follow. A little concerned about the lack of a secure perimeter, etc.

I am happy with this facility. However, it is very inconvenient to not allow access after 6PM. I wish I would have read the fine print before renting a unit. When one works a 10 plus hour day or is acquiring items for a future move like myself, a 6pm closure is very inconvenient. On a positive note, the facility is clean and well maintained as well as secure. It is just not convenient for a person like myself.

Pricing wasn’t too bad but I’d be willing to pay a little bit more next time to get a better quality storage unit. The hours which you can access your unit could’ve been a little better also. I do know that this particular location was having some issues with break ins when I first got my unit (about 2 years ago). Hopefully they don’t have that problem anymore but definitely get some type of insurance just in case. The customer was service was always good (the few times I had to contact them).

Stored here for nearly 4 long years and I NEVER once had a problem. The grounds were always clean and the staff were always on point. Loved the manager from 2015, the long time maintenance man, and the current staff named Nicole. There were never any rats, no theft, or damage of any kind. My side of the building, J, had a lot of dust come under the door but that is the only negative thing I can say, which obviously is out of their control. Can't go wrong with their prices. In 4 years the most I've paid is $166 for a 10 by 25. I'm not sure what the prices are at other locations but although that's a lot, I think pretty fair.

The manager they have now has the best customer service and is awesome. Always very professional. The only thing is no one is there to cover lunch and you dont know when lunch is going to be or they have to run errands. Having one staff member is difficult when I have to wait for a return.

They were very friendly and helpful and also explained how everything goes. They also let u stay later if needed all you have to do is let them know before hand. I looked online for inexpensive units, and found this location. I spoke with, I think her name was Nicole, she was super friendly, and helped get us set up with the right size unit, and the rules for the unit and facility. I'll definitely be recommending them to my friends!

RightSpace is the ONLY storage company I found that actually lists their prices right there on the website, along with availability. (What a concept!) I had so frustrated calling around. Kristie was very patient and helpful with me. Plus they are the cheapest around!

We moved here from Wisconsin which was a huge transition in itself. The staff at the storage facility were incredibly helpful. They went out of their way to accommodate us with allowing us to park the truck and trailer on the property until we could get it unloaded. They offered us extended gate hours and a great price for the first month. They even called uhaul to allow us to drop off the truck and trailer at their facility, saving us time amd additional travel expenses. Would recommend this storage facility. Thank you for all of your help.

I have 2 storage units here at this time and its the best prices by far. One ive had for a year On the second they took care of me and gave me a free month and it was a more expensive storage plus they rent u-haul at most locations. Staff is always friendly and it is clean and secure. I am a little concerned about the reviews of the breakins was told they have drive thru security now but i got insurance on both units and hopefully don't have to use it.

My original storage unit had some water damage due to recent rain, but the manager quickly provided me with another, bigger unit, for the same price. I needed a 15-Frwy close storage space in the HD just big enough to safely house two full sized motorcycles for a few months. RightSpace had what I needed for a fair price. Well maintained grounds and security, no problems, easy-peasy check out when I vacated.

We rented this storage for my father in law who came to live with us! The staff is so friendly and we never had any issues! I was actually sad when we moved all of his things out!

If I lived near this storage, I wouldnt hesitate to get a unit again. They did raise the price within one year less than $10. But overall this place is good for pricing and staff is helpful and nice. And they do send you reminders about your payments. If not ask them about it.
