I have never once had an issue with my stuff being messed with I've always gotten messages letting me know that I need to take care of my bill and Ida the office lady and her husband are amazing.

Management is always really helpful especially Melinda who helped me out when I was totally at a loss on figuring out my situation.

I was shown around the property by the manager there. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and the manager there is absolutely and undeniably a hard worker. I saw him pulling weeds and he stopped right away to answer my call! His name is Ryan and he's a great guy!

I'm not just saying this to brown nose, I'm leaving the Springs and will no longer have a unit here. She has, in my opinion, gone above and beyond the job description. When she took over this property I had a few complaints and wouldn't you know she has addressed them all in quick order. I would recommend her to anyone. Melinda is a real asset to this business and I believe she will continue to be an asset to any other business that is lucky to have her. The 5 star rating goes to the property manager Melinda. I had limited experience with the property itself but Melinda was VERY helpful and professional. She went above and beyond to save the company and myself from a future problem. Very pleasant to work with her. They are lucky to have such an employee. I also liked the online no contact rental.

This is by far, (in my opinion) the best storage facility I have done business with in Colorado Springs. The ample sized unit I'm renting is more than enough for mine & my mother's possessions. I have paid almost twice what I'm paying currently, at other facilities for this same size unit! Id give five more stars if I could, for customer service as well! Since day one, they have been very professional, respectful, polite, understanding, & I could go on. It's such a relief as the last place I used, was an utter nightmare all around. (Storage king on Platte near Powers). Here at securcare, any questions or concerns are addressed in a timely manner, & specifically Sierra Dixon, went above & beyond to help me settle up my past due account, & also assist me with my gate code I was having a hard time with (operator error lol). Oh, & the best part, a real person answers the phone when you call!! I can't say enough about this company, however for fear of sounding like a fake review, I'll leave it at that. But seriously, the best service in Springs. I wouldn't recommend anywhere else! If you're unsure where to rent from, take my advice & go with securecare!!!!

I rent a couple of units at this facility, and I have to say there is a noticeable difference since the new manager (Laura) has taken over. Not only is it cleaner, but Laura is polite and helpful. I couldn't ask for more from a manager. P.S. she always has a treat for my dog, and my dog absolutely loves her.

It was very quick and easy to get set up with a unit and Laura was very nice and easy to work with!

I have a had a great experience since using this storage. It’s convenient and Laura gives me a courtesy call before the end of the month to remind me of payment. I’m thankful for that with my busy days. The entire area is always clean and Laura does a wonderful job. May God continue to bless her in her work. Great storage place! No issues for me.

All the staff at the 777 South Academy Blvd location were helpful and courteous, and they did frequent lot checks to make sure everything was okay! Next time I need a storage unit again, I'm coming back here!

Not too secure on south academy! Just my opinion. I asked for a refund and chose a different location. Astrozon is a convenient location however, they need to fill the potholes per customer request. Thanks !! Purchased the renters insurance. Will install camera inside unit.

Kim is truly amazing. A godsend. This is my second time renting and I've returned to rent here specifically because of Kim and the service she provided the last time I was here. The facility is extremely clean, inside and out! Kim checks the property on a daily basis so I always feel a great level of security for my unit and the facility when visiting. It's gated and well lit. The hours to access the facility are more than reasonable. Overall just a great place and great facility to rent. The price is very reasonable but the service which is provided by Kim is exceptional and I would gladly rent at any facility in which Kim is the property manager at. You can't ask for much than that from a property manager. Like I said its my second time renting a unit here and both times have been served by Kim! Just absolutely exceptional. Thank you so much Kim and all your hard work! You're truly a genius!!

We just rented a unit online yesterday afternoon. The process was short and simple. No going into the office and signing documents as it was already done. The gentleman in the office was pleasant and courteous. So far, so good

I've been using storage unit since covid hit. I use storage primarily for work purposes. I get hammered for being present for to Long but I'm not just"hanging out" I'm always working and organizing. But the facility is in a good location. Tucked away nicely of the beaten path. Seems secure. If I was just sitting personal items it would be perfectly fine but I'm not and I don't need to be hassled for being there. So on that not I'll probably only be here for a month or 2 tops.

Storage is great. They are remodeling and I hope they fix the potholes and move the keypads closer to the cars. Personel is very concerned and competent.

Leah at the Secure Storage in Monument was fantastic to work with - she was always helpful and friendly. We rented a couple of units and switched things around and she was able to make sure we had what we needed on time with the best rates. The facility's climate control works well and the building and the units are extremely clean. Best storage facility we have ever used.

I had my unit for over 13 years and always had good customer service, but Kim went above and beyond to help me clear out my unit due to my situation and living in CA. She is absolutely amazing and I can't thank her enough. I highly recommend this facility.
