Easy access the call center was very helpful.

I absolutely love the young women who work in the office at both locations on Caribou and Boardwalk. Here at Caribou, Sara helped me today. It was just the second maybe third time we’ve briefly met and as I walked in the door, she immediately greeted me with a bubbly happy smile and said hello using my first name which pleasantly surprised me and made me feel very special that she was able to remember me just from an entire month ago (and I have a hard name to remember.) She was still assisting a gentleman that was there before me and as I waited for my turn, I overheard Him ask her when her lunch was trying to figure out a good time to return. And when she responded with the time of her lunch- without missing a beat told him she was happy to take a later lunch at a different time if her regular time would be more convenient for him to return. And then when it was my turning she was able to make things as go as convenient and quick as possible so I would not have to go to both my storage locations to change my gate code, and it made the process easier and as painless as ever. Those are just a couple of the examples of how awesome these women are at their jobs and how their little acts of kindness and just remembering names make such a difference in my day and I’m sure everyone else’s. So thank you very much Sara for your uplifting smile in it help you gave me today. It definitely was not overlooked and I appreciate you making my storage here wonderful.!

On my way from work, I dropped by here to pickup boxes for my move. I can't speak for the storage bit, but the prices for packing supplies were decent and the lady there was SO nice.

This location is under new management, and I couldn't be more pleased . I have rented units at this location numerous times over the course of the last 8 years, and Sarah, the new on-site manager, has gone above and beyond her duties as manager to attend to my unique and personal needs at the facility. Communication is extremely commendable, as she has shared her personal phone number with me so as to be able to contact during off hours for various reasons. Always a joyful demeanor, goes above and beyond with communicating with corporate offices, and it always reachable during office hours ,very attentive to the times posted. And informs renters of her absence while out attending to the facility. Highly recommend renting with secure Care, reasonable rates, great management, very clean and maintained property.

I have had a unit here on Caribou Drive for many years. Today is move out day and Stacy is making it a very enjoyable experience for me.

Been using this company for a few years. Typically all around good service and no issues. Only downsides are I just got the same size unit as my other one and it’s almost twice the price and I wish the gates stayed open past 10pm.

overall I've been having a stress free worry free experience with this company and particularly the caribou location. from the start the ease of acquiring a unit was delightful! And since has been pleasant from the friendly helpful management, to the consistent billing and ease of payment. I definitely recommend anyone to consider them for your storage needs!

Moved my entire 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house into a unit on Fourth of July only to find out the latch won’t close. Their Customer service line suggested I hire movers again, reload my stuff and move to another unit that they don’t have, as a solution. Update* my belongings spent the night unsecured. Dion, the office manager called me first thing the next morning, come in and secured it for me the moment he got the message from their customer service line. I appreciated his sense of urgency to fix my problem and ability to do so.

I recently had a 2 month lease in a decent sized storage room during my move and I’m really glad I did!! This storage complex was easy to enter and leave while also being very secure. Upon checking out, the gal at the desk was extremely pleasant and it was a quick process! If I ever need a storage unit again, I will definitely be back!

Happy customer for many years! The staff has been great and called personally if there were any changes, issues etc... My items were secure and never any issues accessing the facility. Highly recommend if you are not needing climate control in your unit. Glad to have my things back around me, but would definitely use again if needed.

We were so grateful to have this storage unit during the season of our move. The entire grounds were clean, well maintained, and safe. Staff were professional, courteous, and always happy to answer any and all questions. We would definitely use the Caribou location again for any other storage needs.

On Saturday October 16 2021. I need to move some furniture out and rearrange my units. Noelle helped me out big time she Rock's! She was very helpful. I will always send friends and family there to store there stuff. I got her name wrong the first time I hope I spelled it correctly thank you! Best place I've ever stored stuff at ppl very nice and it doesn't break the bank!

Customer service was very helpful getting the storage area that we needed all set up for us.

I really like this location and the staff here. But SecurCare will raise your rent after your first 6 months and when I called corporate they said you can expect continued rent raises. Corporate told me I could cancel my current lease and sign a new one at a lower rate but would have to vacate my unit and return to the new unit after a week. At least they were straightforward with me about it. Probably not the greatest spot to rent long term but great for short-term rentals as there is no minimum lease term or notice needed to vacate.

The company I work for has utilized the storage facility here for quite a few years now. We have always been far more than pleased with the services provided. Because of the great service I recently moved my personal things into a storage unit here. The staff is friendly and reliable. I’ve almost exclusively dealt with Kevin. He keeps the grounds very well maintained from snow/leaf removal to painting/maintaining the fences. Signing up was easy with Kevin. He was professional, courteous, and very efficient. He is always friendly when I come in and willing to help. The office and grounds are kept exceptionally well maintained. Would highly recommend this facility

I have been renting with Secure Self Storage at various locations for over ten years and have always been treated professionally and fair. This location is certainly on the up and up in when they brought in a local manager and experienced staff after going through some other short tenured managers. Deon and Ken are great people, very knowledgeable and always willing to go the extra mile to help and find you a storage solution that best fits your needs. I have seen a ton of facility/property improvements over the last few months and the team takes great pride in making sure everything is very tidy and as their name suggests "secure". If you are in the market for a storage locker and have not checked out Secure Self Storage recently definitely put it on your list!

I rented a unit from SecurCare in July of 2019. The manager, Steven, helped me. He was professional and informative. I've rented from several other storage unit companies in Denver, Boulder, and Fort Collins, and this experience was the best.

I needed a place that was close to the residence I was moving out of, SecureCare Self Storage was perfect. When I arrived to inquire I was met by the manager who also lives on the property, she was new to this location but had worked with the company for several years. She was friendly, helpful, , patient & knowledgeable. The grounds & facility where well kept, & clean, including the unit I was renting. I was moving out of state temporary & needed a place I felt I could leave my belongings & know the management & location of facility was secure. I started renting in September 2017, & unfortunately my temporary move has turned out to be much longer, I still haven't returned to Fort Collins, yet I'm pleased to say I have had no issues with my storage unit, my payments are made via the phone, & a receipt is sent to my gmail in pfd form. Knowing my belongings are safe & secure, & that there is a manager living on the site, I have not had to worry about my property. I don't own much, & have lost everything before so this is very important to me. The facility hours are 6:00 a.m. till 10:00 p.m. Thry are located on Caribou Dr.vin Fort Collins off of Timberline between HorseTooth & Harmony. I recommend this to anyone whom needs a storage space, & who might have concerns similar to mine in regards to personal, location, management, & security.

This location is getting 5 stars ONLY because of the site manager Louie. He does exactly what you would want a manager in this position to do- TAKE CARE OF THE CUSTOMER! My original unit had a leak in the roof and all of my stuff was getting wet. Knowing that I was going to leave the location and find a different storage unit property if I was not given a new unit, he took care of me and my family. He moved me into a same-size unit a few rows down, and while there was plenty of drama in between that I want go into here, the bottom line is Louie managed his property and took care of the tenant. My Mom was literally in tears with what was happening from the folks at the Call Center but Louie made sure we were taken care of. The units are clean and the property is secure, but ONLY work with Louie if you are going to store here. Do not go through the Call Center and the "higher ups."
