Local manager Courtney was friendly, helpful, terrific at solving a reservation mistake I made and getting me moved in smoothly. Since iStorage took over this location cleanliness of the hallways and availability of carts has deteriorated but I'm hoping that just a start up problem. They also closed the tenant bathroom which is a major disappointment.

We had our first experience with Hideaway today. Jack greeted us with a smile and had our vehicle all ready to go for us in a very short amount of time. Jack made our bad day better with his upbeat and helpful attitude. The location itself is easy to get to with easy inress/egress with a traffic light. The interior of the rental office was clean and tidy. We would definitely rent here again.

I had an excellent experience with this location. On Saturday, trucks were scarce and Uhaul found me a 26 foot truck that I could pick up at this location. My first moving job took longer than expected and I wasn’t going to get there until after close. Jack set the rental up on a 24 hour mobile contract. I was able to pick up the truck and complete the next job. We were really saved by his actions. The truck was clean and we had no complaints. 6/5 stars!!

Recently moved here from another competitor. Great service, also managed very efficiently by site manager, Jack...great customer service!

My experience started the day before as Jack reached out to me to confirm my arrival. Very pleasant conversation. The day of, Michael helped with all paperwork, which was very smooth and fast. Michael made sure I was taken care of, he even came by while I loaded the storage unit to offer water. Later he stopped by to check on me as I had ‘pocket’ dialed the office (more than once) to make sure everything was ok. ‘Sorry Michael’.

Michael was very professional and knowledgeable. Pricing was better than surrounding completion and the service was way better. Highly recommended. .
