Gold service! The owners and everyone I came in contact with have gone above and beyond. We moved home from MS had storage here for a year and had two storage units at separate times because we downsized. They made the transitions seamless and if I ever had questions Boogie was on top of it and helped me with everything we needed with the best customer service. We closed out our unit in June but they made me want to keep a storage unit just to keep business with them. We know where to go for a uhaul or storage services though. Thank you for all you do!

We went to another storage facility who double booked us. Long story short; they gave our unit away. A guy who works for multiple storage units gave me a card for iStorage. I called. Bottom line. Bigger unit. Better price. When we got there they were quick and helpful. I forgot to tell you I had a hail truck due back by 7pm and a crazy toddler lol. Anyway, uhaul truck was a little late but it was all good because office was closed and toddler made it to bed a little late, but we survived.

My family and I have rented for over 6 years. Unfortunately since the price of renting storage units is so high eveywhere in Fort Myers we have decided to no longer keep a unit. However their service was always quite nice and polite.

I rented a 10X30 unit and put all new furniture into it for 7 months. The unit was clean, cool and the price was reasonable. Even though my mover damaged some of the furniture, when the furniture finally arrived up north there were no odor issues or bug problems which was a concern that I had.
