I had a great experience at Move It Storage thanks to Richard! When I went to my unit to grab a few things, I discovered that my lock had rusted and I couldn't get it open. I went to the office for help, and Richard was incredibly kind and quick to assist. He came with me to my unit and went out of his way to help me gain entry. He was so friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. Excellent customer service like this is rare. Thank you Richard!

Richard the Property Manager was absolutely amazing and so kind to help me with a situation. He kept me in the loop until we got it all straightened out. I truly appreciate people that are willing to understand that not everything is a black and white thing.

I would recommend move it storage to anyone they have great prices and there units are clean not only that the manager Richard Garcia was such a delight he made me feel comfortable while he sets me up offered me a drink and showed me a few units and got me the best possible fit for my things.

Set up was easy but the unit was dirty and the door and latch don't work properly.

When we had an issue with our lock on the unit. They immediately fixed the problem. Great relief off our minds.

I called today about prices for a unit to store kitchen equipment. Cora, who answered was super helpful! She was able to give me good advice on what size unit I would need and even told me about the climate controlled units so my equipment would rust or mold. Just moved to the Gulf Breeze area from Nashville......needed a storage, and the day my wife and I were comparing, Move It on Hwy 98 was our 4th stop, and the second at a Move it in the area. All had what we needed and although Move it was $12 dollars more per month, Dan, the gentleman on campus was the reason we chose this location. No other reason...….. He was Great...…..and the reality is, it felt good.....felt safe and felt right. Certainly worth the visit....2999 Gulf Breeze Pkwy, Gulf Breeze Florida.

The staff was so helpful & knowledgeable!!! I would store here again just because of them!! The parking lot is well lit & seems very secure! I was pretty stressed out during my move, this place helped. I even bought most of my moving supplies there.

Betta Stor-It is the best self storage facility I've every rented from. They have a great location. The buildings and grounds are well maintained and clean. Even the unit I rented was spotless. Dan the manager is extremely helpful and very friendly! I'd definitely recommend Betta Stor-It for your storage needs.

My family and I have used "Betta Stor It" for nearly ten years. We have found that they are extremely professional, the grounds are always well maintained and the area is quite safe and secure. It is nice to be greeted with such knowledgeable staff when you have a question or need an extra hand. I have referred several of my friends and they have all been completely satisfied with the service they have received. Keep up the good work!!
