Yes, insurance is a requirement for any storage unit. If you have homeowners or renter's insurance, it may also extend to your storage unit. Please check your coverage with your agent to see whether storage coverage is included or can be added to your policy. If you do not have your insurance, we require SBOA Tenant Insurance for your items. It is recommended that customers utilize our plan even if they are using their homeowners or renter's policy, as it prevents your insurance premiums from going up in the event of a claim and pays out prior to insurance claims.
All leases we offer are month-to-month. Whether you only need storage for a month or longer, there is no need to sign an additional lease to accommodate a greater need. Stay for as long as you will need storage without fear of lengthy commitments. While you are welcome to utilize your storage unit for less than a month, prepayment of one month is required and will not be prorated if your use is less than one month.
A valid driver's license or Government-issued photo ID is required to rent a unit.

We offer many convenient ways to pay at our locations: automatic payments can be set up, credit card, and cash; online, in-person, and phone payments.
Access hours are when our customers can access their units and either load or unload them. Office hours are the hours our office is open for business. Things that you may need during office hours include rent payment – should you opt to pay in person – purchase of additional moving supplies, and transferring or vacating a unit.

I even had trouble with the gate and she came out to help instead of just sitting there I do recommend that you get them a small golf cart to show the units. This is Florida and it gets hot. So please get them a golf cart for the customers

To stay on top in the storage business or any business you have to employ a team that is willing to put in work to keep you there. That is exactly what Istorage did when they hired Ms. Jamisha. My initial encounter was over the phone when she answered every question that I could muster from types of units, payment methods, leases, dimensions ect.. My concerns were all answered expeditiously and in a professional tone. I received a follow up call about my interest in the unit. My second encounter was a face to face encounter. Jamisha took me on a tour of the facility and showed me several units. When I mentioned what my budget was Jamisha was kind enough to show me other available units. I did not want to have my payment for my unit to fall on the same day as my other obligations and I needed to secure shelving for my unit and I recieved yet another pleasant surprise and was offered to place a hold/reservation on the unit. I did return to secure that unit. Jamisha is definitely an asset to this company and I look forward to my business and istorage's collaboration.

This place is the best, the help I got was beyond any service I have ever had. I was always treated with respect and prompt service. The units are just the right size and the internet access is how I am writing this review. The bathroom is clean and the 24 hour access helped when I was in a time crunch. The free truck rental top off the best experience I have ever had with a storage company. I will recommend my family and friends if they every need a place to store there possessions. I know with the high tech security my belonging are safe and secure. Mandarin storage made my move so much easier and less stressful. For all the amenities they offer this is the perfect place to rent from.
