Manny and Ginger were most helpful when I rented a covered parking space for my RV. I moved from another location where the price was significantly increased. I reserved the spot with Manny (no pressure, even though it was closing time on the eve of a holiday !) and signed the rental agreement with Ginger (very helpful and friendly). Looking forward to a continuing positive experience.

Perfect for us...covered storage for our Class B RV. Month to month contract. They also called us when they noticed that we left a light on, potentially draining the battery. It's secure and clean. They upgraded the area that we use to include electric hookup.

I was a tenant of Hideaway Pine Ridge for 9 months and was very happy with the services provided. Management is awesome, Ginger is very friendly and when I told her I would be terminating my rental because I moved, she called me 2 days before I was going to be charged to make sure I didn't get billed for a month I didn't need. This blew me away, past storage lots I have used did the exact opposite of this. The facility is very well maintained, clean, organized and the recent addition they built for covered parking is awesome. Highly recommend.

This place was the best choice. I had a lot of storage facilities to choose from but the service was not nearly as good. So far so good! It's early as we just signed our contract but the overall service was extremely good. Very clear and concise! Staff was well informed and extremely helpful. Great location for us too. Well, so much for good times! Two months into our lease we just received a 30 day notice to vacate! The "corporate office" decided to cover the vehicle storage area we were assigned forcing all occupants to move out for construction. They claim renters were asking for more covered spaces, fair enough! I would do the same thing considering the rental rates will jump $100.00 per month. I would however at least wait for "off season" here in Naples when people begin their seasonal travel, after all, it's only a matter of 30 additional days. It was quite an inconvenience to say the least.

I have been renting from Hide-A-Way Storage since April 2020, two units, and recently closed one of them out due to economic concerns. I remain very pleased with the condition of the storage facility, very clean, temperature controlled as stated, plenty of available parking, 24 hour access, and most of all excellent support from the facility manager Ginger. She is always available to take my calls, answer questions that I may have on billing, is accommodating with regard to packaging that they make available on site, and offers promotions on storage space when applicable. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking to rent space in Naples. Class operation, including ownership as well.

I sent an email to Hide-Away on Labor Day weekend inquiring about a storage facility. I was very happy to receive a call from Ginger on Tuesday am as soon as they opened. I met with Ginger and found the perfect storage spot for my items and was done with the paperwork within minutes! Very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend Hide-Away storage for anyone looking for space in Naples!

I found the staff to be pleasant and helpful, the storage unit and building kept very clean and in good repair, and the access to the building excellent and easy. I recommend them highly. My only small complaint was that the lighting is on a motion sensor, so when I was working in the unit to clear it out, it kept timing out, leaving me in darkness. Aside from that, no complaints. It was a good experience, and I especially appreciated the air conditioning in such a hot climate.

The climate controlled storage is kept perfectly conditioned and there's ample space outside for storing anything from a car to a large trailer.

I had almost all my belongings in storage for a year and I wouldn't recommend anyone else to take care of my things. Ginger was very gracious and helpful when I moved out. I was having trouble finding U-Haul and she called me at the last minute stating that she had an early return. Moving is difficult and they made it too much easier!

Difficult to find entrance, and Google maps will misdirect you to the shopping mall in front, which is a nightmare to get out of with the school zones and lack of access between blocks. Call for proper directions into this location. There is no access from Pine Ridge!

The process was very easy and quickly done. I was shown how the codes and the lock on the unit worked. There were a few leads in the unit, so she offered to go get the broom to clear them out. It wasn't necessary to do, but she did offer. Very pleasant to work with.

I stored an open trailer with a two seat ATV for the Winter, and found the service, facilities, and office staff (Jerome) to be excellent in every respect. These folks (Jerome and Valerie) provided me with two years of impeccable service. Storage lockers are an inconvenience, at best, but the treatment I got every time I visited was akin to a Four Seasons or a Ritz Carlton. Preparing for our move to Florida from the Northeast, we called several storage facilites...none were as friendly and flexible as Hide Away. There was one storage facility closer to our location, but their helpfulness on the phone cinched the deal for us! While we were unloading our truck they even brought water out to us. The facility is very clean, and our climate controlled unit is perfect for our needs and very secure.

We didn't know how many units we would need and no problem....they would figure it out when the movers arrived. The movers returned to Hide-Away with a bicycle they had forgotten to unload. We had already left the facility and Valerie made sure they put the bike into one of our existing units instead of having to put it in a new one like the movers wanted to. My wife and I first used Hide Away Storage when we bought our house in Naples in 2013. We had bought some furniture over the internet for delivery to Naples and we lived in New Jersey. The closing was delayed. We happened to call Hide Away while looking for a place to temporarily store the furniture. Jerome could not have been more helpful and flexible. Since then we have continued to use Hide Away and Jerome for recommendations anywhere from moving assistance to good places to eat in the Naples area. This is a great place and staffed with excellent people.

Everything about this storage company works well. Seamless operation, with no glitches. I moved things into a spotless space via a helpful clean gurney. More than a year later my belongings were dust free. My monthly charge was debited conveniently from my credit card. Access was easy and felt safe and secure. A professional office staff made me feel confidant that while I lived thousands of miles away, I could trust my possessions with this organization.

Both the previous & the new managers always go the extra mile to help. I have forgotten my code too many times, they always retrieve for me. Even changed it to make it easier to remember. Lock began giving me problems & they removed & put on a new one while I waited. Needed help loading taping machine and they not only loaded the tape they gave me a roll to help me. Easy access & always clean. Also like that when we get a semi delivery the semi can come in, almost directly to our unit. We have 1 of the small units but we are always treated like their best customer!

When moving from North Carolina to Naples a lot of possession took up temporary residence at Hide Away Storage, and all were readily accessible and kept in fine shape. The only thing remaining now is a 30 foot sailboat which towers nearly 13 feet in the air and sits on a huge double axle trailer. Despite its size it has resided at Hide Away very comfortably without any problems for nearly two years now. The owners also help keep an eye on it. One day I will have the time to finish some fix up and put it back in the water(!)

They helped us coordinate our move schedule, showed us around the facility and gave us plenty of options to suit our needs. They made us feel welcome and secure! We choose one in-door unit and 2 outdoors, we even rented a postal box!. All were perfect, clean, dry, access easy and when it was time to move out the process was seamless! We kept our postal box until our mail stopped forwarding but if something did come in they'd call us on the phone and were more than accommodating. What was going to be a one year at most rental of the portable unit turned out to be four years. Recently asked to have my unit delivered and the contents were just as they were four years ago. I always received phone calls and email if my credit card was expiring; you can tell they are professional and care about your belongings. If I am in need again of a portable storage unit, I will call Hide-a-way storage!
