I have been using this storage facility for almost a year and when I say they are the best, 10 outta 10, I do recommend. The staff is amazing and you can drive your vehicle inside to unload. Pricing is great and having insurance makes it 1 step better in case of emergencies with weather and whatnot. I definitely recommend iStorage and look forward to telling more people about this place in Ocala Florida

We have used Store Right for our pack out work. They have been incredibly accommodating. Incredible service and great prices. We recently had a big job that was cancelled 2 days after we started. We had items already stored at Store right and they waived all the fees for us. We appreciate them and I would highly recommend.

Two years ago I was moving to this area and found StoreRight through Google. I called them and set up a storage unit for when I arrived knowing that we had to get our moving truck back at a certain time. We happened to get there at the same time the office was closing but they kindly stayed a few minutes later to get me to our unit. We were also blessed by Kevin (it's been 2 yrs. I believe that was his name) that works there that volunteered to unload our truck with us. I still have my belongings in the unit which has been bug-free and perfectly climate controlled. Because of my pay schedule sometimes I am late on my payments but I gladly pay a small late fee due to that it is one of the best storage units that I have ever had. I highly recommend this company!

I searched for a repeatable storage place with humans not machines, within my location to store my valuables and have access when needed, after a long lengthily search I was referred to StoreRight, It's all history from that point when I walked through the doors and was greeted with a smile and the professionalism was needed and received. Booking was so easy- Julie was extremely helpful through out the entire process. When my movers moved up the delivery date with only 1 day notice, she was able to adjust my reservation and work with my mom who had to receive the delivery. Moving is always a stressful process and StoreRight's facility, the expertise and kindness of their staff, and great location made it the easiest aspect of the move!

I have had a unit there for a year and a half and I have had a wonderful experience. They keep the place super clean and secure. This facility is different from the others we've used. It is clean, handy, and the price is fair, but what makes us keep coming back when we need more space is how great we are treated by Julie and the other staff. There's something about pulling in and having a wave, a quick chat in the office, or an invite to some community event that we might enjoy. We rented storage units and made friends as a bonus. I will be a bit sad if we ever get organized enough to give up our space.

The staff at this location here off of Hwy 200 is just the greatest. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. This is a great place! The workers there will help you anyway they can! I had an issue one day there and the place was closed. I called the emergency number for them and within minutes I was getting a phone call back from someone and then that person came in on there day off to help fix the issue we were having with the gate. I highly recommen this place as the go to place for storage units!

I have been a customer at the airport location since 2012, but have had many dealings with Julie when she was the assistant manager there. She has recently been moved to this location as the manager and I have no doubt this location is just as good as the other one with Julie in charge. She was always very helpful and friendly when she was Christie's assistant manager at the airport location, and did a great job of helping keep everything well-maintained and clean. I would recommend either location.
