From the initial contact to the filling of the storage unit we could not be more pleased. The manager Dan was exceptionally and help throughout the process. The facility and the unit was clean and we felt very safe leaving our valuables there. We highly recommend this location.

My overall experience was frustrating as the office closed early the day I showed Up to get my unit however, the support from the central office was extraordinary! And a HUGE shoutout to Connie, who drove to my location and got me in my storage unit!! Connie was absolutely amazing and my 5⭐️ rating reflects this kind of attitude and support!

Fast N EZY I conducted an early search in the am for a small 5x10 storage unit & I reserved it online. ( fyi- you get to reserve it for 48 hours) where else can you do that at!!!??? Just needed something to consolidate all my stuff. In the 32459 area storage units seem to be rare. Drove by there since it was on my way- offa 98. I was greeted by Dan & Jamika both are very polite, helpful and definitely have attention to details & follow through. These days customer service is definitely important and they didn’t disappoint! Completed agreement, insurance requirements & verifications threw pc= DONE. Bringing the lock 2 Moro and that baby is mines! If you need storage I definetly recommend- “Southern Self Storage” on Mussett Bayou Rd!

Our experience with Controlled Self Storage has been great.
