There’s a reason this place gets high reviews. It’s great. We showed up for a week vacation in Watercolor with our 24 foot Sprinter Van RV only to discover we couldn’t park it behind the house. What to do? We scrambled and found our way to this place. It has weekly parking!!! (In addition to monthly and storage). Manager Brandi Chick was super helpful AND bent over backwards to help us land a Lyft ride back to our rented house. It was pouring rain, Verizon signal was non functional. She shared her Wi-Fi and we were able to call a Lyft and then were able to wait 45 mins in the office for the Lyft to come. And then after the Lyft driver’s cell signal failed such that she couldn’t end her previous trip to start ours, Brandi came to the rescue a second time. What a nightmare but we never worried about the security of our RV!!

We rented a house in Seagrove during our Fall Break which had parking for only two cars. Three families, so three cars, were meeting for a week of fun. Very nice, safe and clean storage facility, with easy access past normal business hours. The staff was very friendly and professional (they even bandaged me up when I cut my finger moving some stuff). I came in 5 minutes before the end of day, and Donna was nice to stay late and get us all checked in. Would definitely recommend this location.

The manager, Rob is one of the greatest, most accommodating managers I have ever met. Always willing to go the extra mile for customers! Being a business owner myself, I have searched for a manager like Rob for years. My business is in Texas and I know Rob is happy right where he's at. The owners of Southern Storage are very fortunate to have him. I needed a place close to our house to store our 40 RV. Rob got us fixed up with a solution that works for both of us. I'm very picky where I leave our RV. They don't give these away. Lol

We have used this facility for quite some time and recently decided to consolidate our storage due to our large set pieces we use for our theatre. Rob was very understanding and there was ZERO hassle in cancellation with our notice we gave. The facility is spotless, well lit, has cold AC on blast, and provides a variety of carts to move stuff. I was SUPER impressed with the facility's condition. You can tell the people who work there care about their surroundings and take pride in their work. Rob displayed a very high level of customer service and compassion. Highly recommend!!!

Very Clean, safe facility. The staff members are very helpful and attentive. I mostly had communication with Rob who was friendly, professional and knowledgeable and was a great help during my recent move.
