The customer service is wonderful, prices and deals are great compared to others, and one of the few 24 hour access sites anywhere out here. Do everything online. Definitely recommend!

Great online experience from sign up to rental. The only thing missing (and it really irked me) is that no where does it warn you about a lock fee. I have my own locks and there is not an option for that. That was the only negative during the entire experience.

I’ve been storing with Chris and her team for 3 years now and one of the best things is they lock the rate in for one year unlike the other one’s that raise their rates every 3 months and treat you like just another number. Chris and her team really care they listen if there’s an issue and that’s what I want is a local person to talk to not someone in another state

I have to give this storage facility a review! I’ve had quite a few storage unit experiences over the past 10 years and this was by far the easiest process, they have great prices, and a super friendly, helpful, and responsive staff! I would definitely recommend this facility!

Great experience with Xpress Storage. Easy to reserve unit online. Management calls shortly after making a reservation and walks you through entire process of the unmanned kiosk. Kiosk - easy process, and management available by phone. No trouble finding correct unit, all buildings clearly labeled. Great place.

Great place to rent storage. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The manager Cris is as pleasant as a peach I the owner of the company happened to be there the day I signed the lease. He came over and introduced himself and thanked me for my business. I had to move units due to me having more stuff than i thought. They were awesome about it. If I could rate them 10 stars I would.

I was initially happy with this storage business, as the price was good and the unit was just what I needed. Unfortunately the price kept going up without warning and I was eventually paying twice what I had signed up for without ever having signed a new contract. I imagine this is how a lot of storage places do business but it doesn't excuse it.

We have been renting a unit from Express Storage for over a year and never had an issue with them. The place was always well-maintained, the location was perfect for us and the on-site caretaker Kevin, was always friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend them.

Gate was Always was locked, never had any problems accessing my unit. Had an excellent experience with storage and would most definitely use them again!

Great unit if you desire 24/7. Worth the money and the access. It’s local but also nice and out of the way. Makes fruitville more accessible to me. Overall good experience. I believe they should let us return the locks for a refund because we really only borrow them. They already make you pay insurance 9$ a month. They don’t advertise that insurance very well. I was surprised. Plus I had to buy the locks.they should really let people return the locks. That’s is stealing to me. They didn’t even cancel my insurance when the gate was broken for ten weeks. Left open for anyone to roam... yet they’re still charging money even when they have lower standards in place.

The self check in screen was not working but one phone call and I only had to press one number and I was speaking to Chris a representative ( how good is that). It was very easy from that point on, no pressure , need DL and credit card and sign a contract paper sent by email. Smooth as silk Joe

We have nothing but good things to say about Xpress Storage. Unfortunately, it's rare to find a business with such exemplary customer service. Without exception, all team members were friendly, helpful and patient with questions and problem solving. At one point my husband thought we'd need another unit while waiting for our house to be built because I was buying various household items. The manager, Ellen was adamant that we not rent another unit until we were sure - she did not want to oversell us! She definitely knows her stuff - sure enough, we were able to successfully fit all belongings into the same unit over the course of 4 months and avoided any extra rental fees. Susan was also very responsive to all inquiries as was dispatch and literally everyone working for this company. If we ever need storage in the future we won't hesitate to book with Xpress Storage - highly recommend!

We were very pleased with Xpress Storage. To start, it was extremely easy to sign up, even late at night. The unit was clean and easy to access. When we called to close our account and move to a smaller unit the agent was wonderful. She gave us simple choices and let us know what to do next. I will definitely recommend Xpress Storage in the future.

I spoke with Steve at Xpress Storage and was able to get everything set-up prior to our arrival at Sun and Fun in Sarasota. He offered different options to store our convertible and overflow "stuff" during our winter stay. He took the time to understand what we needed and offered various options that would work for us. He explained how to get access upon our arrival and everything was just as promised. Very clean and accessible facility with exceptional customer service! Just want to add...I did call other facilities in the area and after receiving basic nonchalant information I called Steve back and booked our storage. I felt like I was talking to a trusted friend and you can't get any better than that!

This experience was the best!....conveniently located, efficient, easily accessible, super clean, secure, priced well....and Express Storage has the absolute BEST folks on the phone and in person...everyone genuinely caring. I called and the gentleman, John was extremely helpful and very informative of what I was getting and took me step by step through the process of what would happen when I got there. The unit was spotless and exactly as described! I definitely recommend this storage to anyone!!!

I checked several. This was least expensive, very very clean, and easy to navigate process to rent unit. Phone conversations with personnel were friendly and prompt. Loved, loved, the free Christian DVDs and pamphlets. Highly recommend. Praise the Lord!

It was overall excellent service. the only thing I did not like was that the insurance only covers up to $3,000 so if you have something worth more you run a risk. other then that it was great

I have to say the kiosk was very quick and easy to use, even was able to get a move in discount, which really helped me money wise. Facility was very clean and easy to move around in. Super easy to reserve and move in to. It was very maneuverable for the 26ft truck to get in and out of. Having just relocated to Sarasota from Anchorage, Alaska, it was mandatory that we find a reasonable and close facility in which to store some of our goods. I feel secure when I am at the storage facility.

I have been renting for almost 2 years and recently obtained a 2nd unit. The facility is well managed, very clean, safe and easy to access. Cassie, the manager, went above and beyond to help me when trying to move my mom's stuff into the new unit at the last minute. There is a facility "handy man" (not sure of his title) who helped me get a new lock when the automatic system was down. He couldn't have been nicer and I feel horrible not mentioning him by name. It was a very stressful situation and they both made it much easier. There are at least 6 other storage facilities closer to my house but I wouldn't think of leaving this place!
