The facilities are clean and feel safe. I was a little upset that it wasn't conveyed to me that I had to buy one if their locks, which are $18 +tax. Luckily someone was in the office that Saturday or I would have had to move my stuff back to my house in a rain storm, as I had just finished loading the unit and it started to rain. Something that should be stated online. The man working was very helpful though. So would probably give five stars if this information would have been provided. I am done utilizing the storage unit and wanted to thank the company for their assistance when I had questions. I would definitely use the company again if I needed to.

After researching online for storage for my car, I walked into iStorage and 15 minutes later George had me setup with a unit and had no problem matching the online discount mentioned on their website. Before I could get through the gate and to my unit, he had already gotten over there to clean out debris with a leaf blower and check the door and lock mechanisms to make sure I wouldn’t have any problems. Service and experience were top notch.

I visited here close to closing on the 21st of September and Brian was a huge help in getting me all set up. I was super stressed that day but Brian helped me through the process and he made it a very enjoyable experience. My only complaint was that the website does not disclose the full price so I ended up paying way more then I thought but that's not the stores fault at all! Unit was very spacious and well maintained.

This self-storage facility is in a great location, very clean, well lit, and properly secured. I feel confident my storage unit is secure while I am not there. I also want to give a shout out to the associate helping me complete my reservation. I don't remember his name but from what I gathered, he was a newer associate. Regardless, he was very knowledgeable, professional, helpful, and accommodating. He explained everything in detail and made sure I was getting what I need. He walked me to my new storage unit and showed me how to operate the lock which was very helpful. I very much appreciate the time he took to explain everything, especially since I arrived close to closing time. I do want to point out something though, the manager at the time, Jordan, seemed irritated with this associate during my time there and I even witnessed an eye roll towards him. Really?? It made me feel very uncomfortable and like I was interrupting the manager's day. For this reason, I cannot give 5 stars on this review. Above all though, my belongings are secure and that's all I can ask for.

My eldetly mother and I were at his facility to transfer her items to another locker and Brian drove us to see it first and later he came back to check on our progress. When I arrived at the office to sign the lease and have the unit assigned, both employees we a joy to work with. After a terrible experience with J&R storage I was very hesitant to look into another storage unit but in istorage is amazing. They were so helpful showing me the different units to see what size would be best for my needs. Everything is so clean and well kept. There are pallet carts to help you move things and you can do auto payments. There is great security. If anyone needs storage this is the place to go.

The storage experience has been improving lately, but I've not been very happy with my storage experience this year. The gate security was down for months, and the main gate was left open. Worse yet, the temporary door security code was written on a notice that was taped to the main security gate. Therefore, anyone could have entered the storage buildings. I expect the facility to be secure and to feel safe when I enter the storage building. During this time, I was notified that my rent would be increased! I should have been offered a discount for lack of security. Management allows people to park their trailers, boats and vehicles for extended periods of time in areas that need to be kept clear for moving trucks and renter's vehicles.
