Not only were they available to walk her through how best to store belongings, their communication was great as well. Ideally, if they were temp. control they would have received a 5. Will DEFINITELY use again.

This is a great place if you are in the market for a storage unit. The manager Shelia was very delightful and so knowledgeable about anything to do with storage. The facility is very clean. I had the opportunity to visit the iStorage on Whitesville Rd. The atmosphere was very nice, and the employees were amazing. They are very knowledgeable about what they do, and they shine when put on the spot. Sheila and Blu held the office down wonderfully and made me feel very welcome. I remember the location because I get my locs tightened a few doors down. The office is clean, organized and looks very nice. I love the fact that they have security gates, cameras and an onsite Manager, what more could you want?

I have been a long-time (happy) customer of iStorage. I recently found myself in a difficult situation (as we all do on occasion.) I went to the office to settle what I believed would be my last rental payment. I thought I would no longer be able to pay for any type of storage space for a long time. I explained my current situation to the manager, Shelia. After she patiently listened to my desperate rambling, I handed her my credit card to make my payment. She said, “Hold on just a minute, I think I may be able to help you.” No lie, within 20 minutes, Shelia had a brand new plan set up for me with a unit I could afford and was the perfect sized unit for my specific needs. I can not thank her enough. This is not just a great storage facility because of its value and security, but Shelia has proven that it also puts customer service above all by ensuring that their staff is willing to go above and beyond, is friendly, knowledgable, and eager to help in any way they can. I will recommend this location, and Shelia to anyone I meet who needs storage services. I can honestly say, that by the end of my visit to the office that day, I had a huge weight off of my shoulders and I was able to breathe a sigh of relief for the first time in quite a while. The staff were fantastic, very informative. They were helpful and knowledgeable. I can not begin to express my displeasure with your policy of purchasing contents "insurance" on MY property and requiring I pay for it. There is something inherently wrong with that arraignment. Obamacare's policy requiring you subscribe was ruled unconstitutional. I believe this is too. Very Orwellian.

Excellent service from Dana and Scott. Very easy to work with and ensured I was set to move in when I needed it. I was coming into town on a Sunday and pretty late in the evening, but was able to set-up my unit and lease over the phone and online which made for an easy move into the storage unit. Showed up Monday to setup a parking spot for my boat. They showed me the spot and ensured I was good to go so I could get my boat any time I wanted it. Absolutely recommend for short or long term storage.

We have been renting from this location for a few months. The management and staff are so great. They are always helpful and accommodate to what we need. We would definitely recommend use them.

Very convenient but my unit which is inside a temperature controlled building has a huge problem with lizards getting inside and pooping on everything.

I live in another state and they are always responsive when something is needed.

It's been a good relationship and the team has always kept me informed on my unit and changes to fees. I have had no complaints.

Adapt To Solve Inc has had an office in IStorage for almost 3 years now. The monthly cost is very affordable. It has been very secure due to the amount of security cameras as well as access control gates protecting the storage units. Working with the assistant manager Dana has been great, he manages the property better than I ever expected. We look forward to a long working relationship with IStorage.

I rented from them for about 2 years and couldnt have asked for a better experience. It was my first time having to deal with moving my belongings and storing them. The staff was great and i certainly always felt that my belongings were good to go while I was away.
