Kristi, the manager, has provided some of the best customer service I have had anywhere in s very long time. She does what she says which is all too rare! The overall facility is fair for what the rates are and I have no complaints.

Highly highly recommend this place if you need a space to store your goods. Kristi was awesome and such a sweetheart. I had a reservation to move in and was running late, arriving only 5 mins before closing and Kristi was not hesitant to stay late and allow me to complete my rental. She is very friendly and welcoming. Not only this but the prices are super affordable and a great price for the sizes of the units. I have used 2 other storage companies in the past few months and this one is definitely the best of them with the best price.

I was given the notice that I had to change my unit over due to maintenance being done on my unit and Kristi made the entire process painless. She communicated very effectively and let me know all of my options that were available which I really appreciated. The unit was spotless and ready for move in which made things even easier. Honestly the only storage place that didn’t give me a hassle nor did I have to provide sooo much paper work/proof (like so many other places 🙄) . It was very easy and the front worker Kristi was so nice, respectful, helped me out with all my concerns and questions 😁 which is so rare nowadays. I just ended my rental but will always return here. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The manger Kristie very approachable, she has the customer service attitude, If the office is close for whatever reason, someone is the office always returns phone calls. I have no problem or complaints with this business. Thanks for doing business with me.

Ms. Kristi at the front office is not only so kind, but actually knows what she's doing. If you're looking for a secure unit where humans are actually available to talk to you and help you with any problem, I def suggest you to go to Ms.Kristi at Secure storage on South Cobb!

This company really looks after their storage buildings, when there is a problem they react quickly! highly recommend!

The young lady that works the office is amazing. She kept me up to date and reached out every time something was either happening or about to happen with the unit. In 8 years of living here, this is the only storage unit I've ever gotten my stuff from and finished the rental process with out going to auction. That was all due to the wonderful customer service and care that Kristi brings to the table.

I've had the most pleasant experience at this storage place. I had a small issue with my unit and the help I got from the property manager was helpful and extremely fast. She was patient and made sure that literally all of my issues were taken care of. I was so upset yesterday but she reaaally made things so much better . Even the help from the district manager was so helpful as well. I am more than satisfied. I couldn't be more happy. Thank you so much Kristi.

It was a pretty straightforward forward process ⭐. I made my selection online provided my name and id in office and Grey showed us an available unit. He offered to show us other available units which we declined but never tried to upsell us ⭐⭐. We paid our rent. Kristi told us we could complete the lease agreement when we returned home and we began move in that night. I suggest bringing your Renters Insurance Declaration with you to avoid that charge. Grey worked with us ⭐. Both Kristi and Grey were professional and personable ⭐. The location and price point was perfect for us! ➕

I've been using this place off and on for years. The staff are friendly and easy to work with. I see complaints about units being dusty. While I have not personally experienced that. This is not a controlled Air facility like expensive hvac facility's have. As for rodents. I know the facility works hard to mitigate that. It makes it difficult sometimes when renters store for in units

This storage unit is all right. For a place that keeps increasing the monthly price I feel they could do much better. It’s as if once they increase the price they stop taking care of the place. You stuff will be covered in rat droppings. I get it’s not climate controlled but the rodent problem is a huge issue. Why keep raising the price if your not going to keep the place sanitary?

For what it's worth and the price, it decent. If you don't want issues with mice, mildew things, and items kept from dust and leaves from the blowers, go somewhere else. If you can mind those things, come through.
