I had the pleasure of interacting with Enez yesterday. She called to inform me of the new to pick up a new set of keys for my unit. Unfortunately, there was a fire that prompted the need to break the lock and enter my unit to extinguish it as it had spread from the originally affected unit. She is amazing!! She encouraged me to increase my coverage limit, to which I did. She is very personable, professional, and prompt. She did not hesitate to inform me of the occurrence and I am grateful.

I was having issues with my gate code. Enez, an attendant (manager), at this location was very kind, knowledgeable and very helpful in getting my code properly added to the system. This place deserves 10Stars we were looking for professional, safe, reliable storage in the area and we found this honey comb hide out! We were able to get a amazing storage unit and the guy Alex was even able to get us some Moving and Packing Supplies very stridy boxes to help with the process. IF you have a business and you need a excellent business to store look no further this place is where you want to do business. We also have utilized this location for our airbnb home storage. Ms Whitney provides the level of customer service rarely seen today. From the time she called to confirm my booking to assisting me with upgrading my unit (since I misjudged the amount of space needed), she has been nothing but lovely. A lot of storage places charge an arm and a leg, this place had a one month free promotion that I was happy to find. I was taken care of by Whitley who was very transparent and even told me what I'd be paying after tax before I walked into the door. She got me in and out quickly! Good service here! Be sure though to check your receipt and to fill the tank back to exactly where it was at pick up. We paid $45 for 3/8 of a tank of gas!

I wouldn't trade this place for any other storage facility. From day one last year they have provided excellent service, prices are reasonable, facility is always clean day or night, 24 hour gate access, and accommodated any issues that may have surfaced. I want to recognize, Whitney Lapsley, she is an excellent customer service rep and now manager. Very informal, understanding, and provides great information whether its locally about the community or the company. This will be my last month (Aug. 2019) with this facility, but if I ever need storage, I am ONLY calling Storesmart. Coming from Covington to McDonough says a lot, especially when I pass a million storage units just to get to them, but I wouldn't trade it. Thanks again for your services, my kids and I appreciate it.

I found StoreSmart Self-Storage using Google, reserved a unit and moved in yesterday. The Manager, Whitney Lapsley, was extremely helpful, checking in during the day to ensure the move was going well and providing chilled bottled water. The unit rented was temperature controlled, the access was very convenient with exits, no ledges/barriers to pull the cart over, and overall a very efficient process. The facility is very well maintained and clean. I was impressed not only with the efficiency, but the courtesy extended during the process. Highly recommended!

Best Staff Ever!!! Whitney & Quintasia are phenomenal. They are extremely helpful and the pricing is reasonable, but the customer service these ladies provide is second to none. I don’t know what they make, but both of them deserve a raise for the level of service they provide!!!

The staff is excellent. I would pick them just for the staff. Prices are pretty standard and you can also rent Uhauls at this location. It's 24/7 access via a personal gate code. The storage units can either be drive up or inside climate controlled. 10x10 unit was around $120 for the month. Depending on when you sign up the first month will be prorated and then starts fresh on the 1st. I would highly recommend this storage facility mainly because of the staff members.
